Having had website registration problems, I phoned, left messages and emailed Sigma and no reply for 4 days. I could not believe that no one (including a named person) came back to me. Significantly better service from Wiggle, Chain Reaction and Discount-bikes.de. When I finally was able to get hold of a male sales agent, I suggested that Sigma could make a gesture of goodwill by sending my purchase by courier, which I needed by Friday. This suggestion was declined by the agant saying 'yeah, it should be there for Friday', which it was not. Apathetic clowns.
