Great customer service. A+++
Purchased an item recently that the shop ordered in for me, unfortunately the quality of the product was not as expected so I had to return it. This was not a problem for Sigma Sport as they simply sent me all the details so I could return the item, which was free of charge.
All in all, a really good shop that deals with your enquiry or problems very quickly.
I will order from them again, shame the product was not up to spec.

super service great staff.
Very reasonable charge on the repair to my sons road wheel, it had to be fixed within 2 days as he needed it for a club ride no problem for Sigma fantastic service dealt in a very professional manner would happily recommend to anyone.

Expensive, but great service.
There are somethings you can buy on the internet and there are somethings you can't. I needed a bike fit due to a knee pain and picked Sigma based on reputation and as I knew they would have parts etc. Initial impression was great as the first person I bumped turned out to be the person doing the fit and already knew my name. The actual fit took a lot longer than planned as they looked at all aspects of the fit and we got side tracked finding new shoes, but at no point did it become rushed. It always was about getting it right.
Very happy with the service, will definitely recomend and use again.

Good price and quick delivery
My only complaint was I ordered a Chris King hub and the box was just put in a plastic bag so when it turned up the box was battered and the hub loose inside. I would have preferred it if you had wrapped the box in bubble wrap first as its quite expensive. Hopefully the hub isn't damaged, I'll find out when it gets built I guess.
I think I'll pick the rear hub up instore just in case.
Still my favourite bike shop though.

Great service!
I was impressed with the service and with Leon who was very responsive to my queries and followed up the delay's with certain parts to my order. The groupset was fitted perfectly without any complaints! So on the whole I was very happy with my purchase and service at Sigma.

Amazing
One of the best websites I have ever bought off, unreal service!
I purchased 2 tri suits cost at £250 on a Monday and just opted for there standard post and they still came the next day!!! when I tried them on I did not really like the feel and desided to send them back. I used the free return postaged on the wednesday which was really easy and I had my money back into my arount by the Friday! So all in all it took 5 days from ordering the product to my money being return!

Five star service
I have been shopping at Sigma for a few years and can truly say they offer outstanding service. This is consistent by all members of staff I deal with. There advice has over the years turned out to be accurate therefore I have complete confidence in what they say. Better still if you need something quickly fixed on your bike it's rarely a problem.

If you're a serious cyclist, go to Sigma and be wowed!
From the first phone call to collection and bike-fit of my new Dogma, the service was simply incredible. The service was quick, professional, expertly knowledgeable and confidence inspiring. The guys at Sigma know bikes! Elliot took me through the options, with every email including specs and photos.. and helped me build my dream bike. FIrst ride out was stunning (and fast!) and everything I had hoped for and more:)

Couldn't get it anywhere else !
Bought a Specialized Camber Carbon 2012. Had test ridden it at a local dealers, but when coming to purchase found they had sold out. Managed to search the internet and found it available at Sigma Sport.
Was not able to buy using interest free as they advertised, but paid full amount by card-it ws a very good deal.
Delivery was quick and free. packaging was good, although the finish at the top of the cranks has been chipped off in places.
Set up of the bike was O.K- a slight rubbing of the brakes though.
Haven't ridden the bike much yet because of the horrible weather, but it seems to ride really well so far.

Brilliant - No hassle returns policy
The TT helmet I bought from Sima was the wrong size. No problem. One email and I dropped the return package at my local shop at no cost. The refund on my credit card was made within a week. I will definately use Sigma again with confidence.

Should of been quicker
Reputable products at the best price available but it took long enough to put 20 bars in a box and send out.But if still availble at the same price i will be buying more when i run out,i'll just remember to order them earlier.

You won't get any better than sigma sport
I wanted to buy the garmin 510 but their website was going down for a few days for stocktake or maintenance so I couldn't get my Garmin and nobody else had it as it was just released but I email customer services and Helen freed said if I bought within the next half hour she would make sure I got the Garmin, so bought it and I got it the very next morning so well done sigma and well done Helen for your help........ Super service..... Super delivery..... Super product

Whilst Sigma do on occassion make errors (like all shops), they have been extremely quick to fix, refund etc on those few occassions. Otherwise, they have generally provided a fantastic service and I would whole-heartedly recommend their services.

Good online and local bike shop
They were one of the only shops I could find selling the footbeds I wanted and they were well priced. Buying and delivery was fast and easy. The bike shop in Kingston is very good too - a cyclist's paradise! They a good hour helping me buy some new shoes and made the process very pleasant.
