Leon looked after me, told me all about the bike i was interested in - Izalco Pro 3 - and measured me up for it. He was very helpful and not some condescending know it all which sometimes happens in boutique high end cycle shops. very impressed. i paid a deposit for the bike and look forward to collecting it
After phoning up for some advice on wetsuits and getting a very helpful and pleasant member of staff on the phone I ordered a wetsuit online on a Thursday morning. It arrived on Saturday. Unfortunately it was too big for me so I returned it by collect+ on Tuesday evening and 2 days later got a message saying I would get a full refund. Delivery and return were both free and super speedy.
I then decided that I really do need to try a wetsuit on before buying so called their shop and they have put a range aside for me to try on at the weekend and said there will be someone to help me with the fit. Everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and I look forward to getting a similar service in the shop.
Their prices seem very competitive too.
I tried to get the 3T road bars I wanted all over the place, nobody had them in stock. Sigma did plus the stem at a discount. Ordered and received 2 days later by UPS. I could see the box on a shelf in the delivery van, not thrown in the back like other delivery company vans. First class service, best price, very quick.
It took over a month for my Bar Fly bracket to arrive,it wasn't out of stock when I ordered it, once it was paid for I then received an email from Sigma to say it was out of stock and they were awaiting a delivery from the supplier,I ordered it a month before my cycling holiday in Spain, I never received it in time for the holiday,I got it a few days after I arrived home, not happy t b h .
Sigma has grown dramatically over the years, but what strikes me as important, the guys working there are enthusiasts, they genuinely care about the sport and the people who come in such as me asking daft questions. I had a major bike issue recently and with no money or ID, was stuck. I went into Sigma and they replaced my tire on trust. That is what you call service.
It is no coincidence this company is prospering.
I love Wiggle but Sigma keep their prices keen plus you get the free advice and support which Wiggle cannot offer.

For me buying an S-Works Sl4 only happens occasionally, so where to buy is important. I bought my first Tarmac pro 9 years ago from the old Sigma shop, I was given good advice from Lee and enjoyed cycling ever since. They did a good job.
Three week ago I went back to the new Sigma emporium, looking for an upgrade, knew what I wanted, and was helped by Elliott who went out of his way to make my dream bike perfect. Every calculation was made on the Turbo, he sourced the frame from afar, and put it all together at a competitive price.
Now I have the bike, a big smile, and I have to say well done. Sigma did a great job ,I know i can go back to get good advice,would recommend them to anyone.
The service was good... but the bike is amazing: cheaper than the average Sigma line but briliant... check out the Globe Daily 1 if you want a really good value, stylish, simple bikes for runarounds in town!
SIgma Sport offer some great products at reasonable prices. However, it was the speed of delivery that amazed me. Despite ordering in the afternoon, my bento box arrived the next day. And that's with free delivery! Thank you sigma sport.
Great prices, free delivery and returns so will be getting more business from me in the future and no longer exclusively from the usual 3 big 3 cycling retailers I normally shop with. Well done sigma. Wih I lived closer to london to visit your store and the great events you host.
I ordered a rain jacket from Sigma Sport and it arrived within 48 hours. Once I had decided it was too small I sent it back and within 24 hours I had a reply to say they'd received it and would send out a larger size a.s.a.p. I then got an email saying my size was out of stock till next year and could they supply me with a replacement. The item I suggested was £4-00 more but they wavered the costs and the delivery arrived the next day
My mate recommended Sigma pedals to me and I bought them. They arrived next day. And I love them. Yet to use them but though they look good, which let's face it, is important..... they are tiny and well formed and they are as light as a feather. What more can you ask for? Perfect.
Fantastic store that covers pretty much everything, can be a bit intimidating when you first walk in not knowing too much about what you want or how much it is going to cost? You may wish to consider using a friendly face to welcome folks as they enter (just a thought)
I have used you quite a few times for accessories and ogling the expensive stuff and will continue to do so. I am not sure if you do these as I know you do organise ride outs but perhaps presentation evenings on a given subject by an expert. This will get folks in to visit and perhaps move away from the national high Street Chains.
Overall a good experience that was let down badly by being over charged based on first quote. Also, the finished bike was not built to the right spec. I'm still waiting for the right bars. So, overall the process was badly let down by the last 10%. This is the most important bit!! Would think twice about buying next bike from sigma based on this.
Wanted to discuss whether to buy bike bag or box and sought advice on the phone. Very helpful. Used the bag for two flights and it seems really good. Paid a bit extra for next day delivery as I was going away. Arrived as promised.
Would recommend Sigmasport and the Scicon bag.
I went to Sigma Sport to buy my first "proper" road bike. I had been to a few shops where they were pretty helpful but the guys at Sigma Sport were a class above. They measured me up accurately then made a list of suitable bikes; ordered two in; and phoned as soon as they were ready to try out. The choice was between two with a £300 difference and after their input they recommended the less expensive one. They then helped me out choosing accessories etc. The bike is great and I'm really happy with the choice and the ability to pop in any time I need a tune up. Would recommend to anyone!

As an British expat visiting London for 2 weeks I happy with overall experience - from initial engagement over the phone to plan the purchase, through first visit to select bike and components (3 hours!), through final fitting (2 hours!), packing and even ordering of taxi to take me back to the hotel. I found your host George Russell to be a most professional, knowledgable sales assistant who supported me more than I would have expected. Keep up the good work!
I traveled especially to Sigma Sport to buy a bike, having heard such good things about them before, and wanting to to talk to someone with about what I was buying as it was (for me) a lot of money. I tried doing this at some of the chain bike shops and wasn't satisfied.
Here, they took all my measurements and made sure the bike was set-up just right before I left the store, fitting pedals and cleats, and watching me ride on a static trainer to double check everything.
That service and one-on-one treatment is to be commended and recommended to any one!
Hi. I have had several times purchased stuff from sigma sport.
First time bought a saddle. Since I am not from the UK, expected the VAT to be excluded from the payment. I payed the UK vat. Sent them an email - no response.
The other time I had to send back the saddle (it broke). In spite of moover yeqar passed, they were highly "serviceful" in helping me and even provided other saddle type.
Other time had an issue of malfunction at web ordering. Again, after sent an email - issue fixed within a day.
Bottom line: Sigma Sport provide high level service with nice sales.
I love sigma sport and everyone I have come into contact with in the store has been amazing. The only area I feel is a let down is communication. when I purchased my bike, I was never called about it coming in and had to chase. when I had my bike serviced I was never called about it being done. Thats fine is the protcol is to just phone up yourself but this was never made clear. Just a very minor thing but can have a big impact.
