Recently ordered a ring and a necklace for my mother for her birthday. She is a big fan of native american jewelry and was very happy and impressed with her gifts. Decided to get her a pendant for mother's day. Can recommend to anyone who enjoys high quality native american pieces.
I ordered a ring for a family member the week before Xmas (126/17/12). I was hoping to avoid the "sold out" post Xmas doldrums. So when I finally gave it to her around 1/14/13, the ring stone was too big for her finger. (It wasn't the. Ring size). They wouldn't even hear of it. I tried to explain that it was a gift for a bday, not an Xmas present, they still were not cooperative. Moral of the story.. Don't order from them. It was exactly a month to do the return. Their return policy is not customer friendly.
Had a friend tell me about Silvertribe and she gave me one of their coupon codes. My wife had been wanting a turquoise necklace for quite some time, so I decided to spring it on her as a gift. She was thrilled. Very pleased with the craftsmanship and it was very affordable. She gets questions about it every time she wears it out and she isn't afraid to talk and talk about it. If you're into to turquoise (or happy spouses), this did the trick for me. I will definitely be a return customer, if I'm in the doghouse or not :)
My husband bought me this very pretty silver watch from Silvertribe. I wore it about 10 times in the first six months and one of the inlaid stones fell out. I sent them email after emails and heard nothing from them. TODAY now almost 11 months after I received the watch I called and talked to a person named Ashley, who told me that I had to email them again because that is the only way they can look up my purchase. I did and FINALLY got a response to my email. I was told to take a picture of the watch band and they would see how much it would COST me to replace the stone!!!! It was bad workmanship that caused it to fall out, not length of time used.
I have to throw this watch away as it looks horrible with this big hole in the band. It was a ripoff for the price and now they want more money. DO NOT buy from these people.
In exactly 32 days, my ring snapped in half while I was washing a dish, and how convenient for them it was past the refund/exchange period. The rings are very thin and the welding of the ring is incredibly poor for $75. They look pretty but once in hand you know it won't last very long.
You could feel and see the place where it was welded together. I was incredibly disappointed in the quality. I was very shocked at how thin the ring was too. Their rings are overpriced for how cheaply they are made. I will wait until I get back to Arizona to get a quality ring for the same price.
I would have been a loyal repeat customer, but I will have to be patient and go to a store that has rings that are well made. You get an overpriced, cheaply made rings if you buy from here.
So I called this place and it turns out it is not a real store. So I did some more research and I found the owner is from the middle east. Then I saw the "teardrop" category and none of that is indian made, all from the Philippines or Mexico! That style of Philippines jewelry ruined the market in the 1970s. You can see for yourself, the teardrop onyx bracelet says it is hallmarked, not by anyone from the US of course, especially not Native Americans or it would say so. Truth is Philippines can hallmark their jewelry too. Most of the inlay you see is not Native American at all, but it all says its hallmarked, so what? anyone can stamp a stamp, even a machine! A fake store like this totally hurts the market for real Native American art and jewelry. They probably dont have half of what their website shows in stock, just a picture and a drop ship from somewhere else. Be advised go somewhere else with an actual store!
I paid $30 for express mail shipping in order to get my gift before Christmas. The sales rep on the phone never bothered to mention the fact that my package would require a signature to be delivered. When I shared my concerns with the company I was blown off. My second email was never even responded to.

I know that i can always find what i need and dont have to spend hours searching online for different websites. Their sales staff is absolutely amazing! They always give me their honest opinion and they do suggest the items that the customer will like, not what is more expensive like other companies. I have been ordering from silvertribe.com for about five years and have never had an issue. Their customer service team is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help me find the perfect piece of jewelry. There was one instance where I needed to return a pair of earings. I felt so bad about returning them, but the person I spoke to assured me that there was nothing to worry about. The conversation was quick and pleasant and the next thing I knew, the earrings were returned and my money was credited back to me without a hitch. I will definitely continue to purchase from silvertribe.com!

I was a little skeptical ordering jewelry online but I decided to give it a try. I called SilverTribe and they assured me that if I wasn't happy with my purchase I was more then welcome to send it back. They helped me place my order and were very patient with me. I also got the free shipping that arrived very quickly and I must say this was one of the most beautiful pieces of jewelry I've ever own. I will deffinetly return and am looking forward to dealing with them.
When I notified Silvertribe that my shipment (my second order with them) had gone missing between my local post office and my home, the company refused to help me resolve the issue. In fact, a manager accused me of having received the item and lying about it! Silvertribe ships USPS "signature confirmation," and a postal employee had signed for my package (I suspect it was stolen at the post office). Silvertribe customer service took the position that the package had been "delivered and signed for," even though the signature receipt had another person's name on it and the post office's address. I have never encountered such obstinate and unprofessional sellers online, which is saying a lot.
Difficulty trying to pay via credit card - company rejected attempt to send as a gift to a different shipping address than what was given as billing - would not allow removal of credit card information. Order cancelled - but it remained as pending - will try to contact them to see if anyone is awake at the switch.
