Very efficient
I had an MFI kitchen fitted a few years back, one of the under cabinet light fixtures recently went on the blink. After trying all the usual DIY places I came across Simplelighting through a Goggle search. Found what I thought I needed (reasonably priced as well) and placed the order over the phone just to make sure the product was the right one by asking the operator who confirmed it was the right product. Received emailed order confirmation almost immediately and subsequent order tracking emails, the final one accurately informing me of the time of my delivery. Shame all service providers aren't as efficient. Highly recommended.

Good buying experience
From visitng the website and selecting my chosen items to delivery of the goods at home I wasn't disappointed. The goods arrived in 'tip top' condition, due to being packed well, and arrived very quickly. I will certainly use this company again.

My order was delivered promptly, and having realised they had left out a minor item I was contacted by phone. They appologised for the ommission and said that they would put it in the post. It duly arrived the next day.

Speedy service, great product range
I ordered some GU10 LED bulbs to replace halogens, not quite sure how good a light they would give but relying on the description on the website. They proved perfect replacements so I ordered more. A great website, a pleasure to deal with and speedy delivery. I recommend them.

superp company........ delivered next day.......bought some led lighting for my kitchen which ad suddenly broke........shopped around and every other company was asking for silly money for the same product........even one company on there website stated if you see the same product we will match that price........i emailed this company and OOPS they couldnt match it,i would 100% recommend SIMPLELIGHTING!!!!!!!!

Illuminating!!
Having our kitchen refurbished and have now fitted the LED plinth lights and have to say they finish the whole kitchen off excellent. We would recommend simple lighting as the ordering and delivery were all done with ease.

Very professional and friendly service
went on line to look for a particular product and this web site was easy to navigate and found what I wanted at a good price. Spoke to sales on some points and recieved goods information. Excellent service and great product
I ordered LED strip lighting and diffuser and asked for the strip to be cut and connected to the wires in 500mm lengths. I ordered the product one day and received the following day all wired as requested. The LED strip is perfect for what I wanted and provides a better light than the fluorescent tube it replaces and with instant no flicker, switch on. One happy customer.

Very satisfied customer
Wasn't sure about the product (LED strips) so spoke to one of their support team and was 'reasured'. 'E' purchase made, delivered very quickly and LED's look great. All friends and family are most impressed with what I've done with the product. It helped that I'm an electrical engineer and was able to solder the tails to the strip. Fiddly job, another time I would accept the job done for me and would stongly recommend others, perhaps less capable, to do likewise. Thank you all very much

Outstanding service & product
We checked out a number of lighting suppliers so that we made the right decision before buying lights for our new kitchen. Simplelighting had well priced products but, not only that, we also wanted warm white low energy illumination and that is what they had to offer. After a sample purchase, which arrived next day, we purchase all our downlighters and under unit lights and are very pleased with the overall effect. Their service is excellent, next day delivery, & you also know when it's arriving.

Great, eco-friendly products and you deal with real people.
My son-in-law recommended Simplelighting to me. He is an interior architect who's opinion is well-informed through his business. I ordered ten 50 watt equivalent downlighters to replace my 35 watt halogen ones that cost a fortune to run and are for ever burning out. My order was despatched pretty well by return. I am very pleased with the bulbs - I get more light and use much less energy than before. There was an error caused by my own incompetence but this was quickly put right following an email exchange.
