Very accessible and responsive service
This is the second time I have used this company. I found their staff helpful and the delivery was brisk. An error over the colour of a fitting was quickly corrected at no cost.

Easy to find the right light fitting, and excellent quick delivery
I was searching for a replacement for kitchen light. I did not know the exact size or type, but I entered a number from the light fitting and SimpleLighting had the right product and described it to match my requirements. It was quickly shipped and arrived well packed (long thin under-cupboard strip light, so easy to break).

Fast and Trustworthy Quality Lighting!
Under unit LED strip lighting ordered on Tuesday. Delivered and fitted (by own electrician) on Thursday. Makes our new kitchen look beautiful. Soft, subtle lighting at the right price. Highly recommended.

Brilliant

Very good quality-Very good service
I have placed this company into my Favourites in my browser in case of further orders of products they sell. The website is easy to browse and the products with good quality. The delivery even gives you a 1 hour slot to deliver (first time ever!!)

Exellent experince !
Got on offer to fix my led-light at home that i had managed to break. The electrician wanted 300£ for replacement !!! I found SimpleLighting and got the for alf the price :) and with quick delivery. Very satisfied swede !!

Great value, great product, great service!

Great service, very good product
I received my original order very quickly and was extremely happy with the lights. However, soon after installation, I noticed one of the LED lamps was faulty. This was replaced straight away by Simplelighting and delivered within two days of contact.

I was really pleased with service received from Simple Lighting. I did my order by phone as I had a query which was answered satisfactory over the phone and all further contact was by e-mail The order arrived when I had been told it would and I was really pleased with the products as they were exactly what I had been looking for for some time. They were excellent value - I found another sight that was selling exactly the same thing for double the price. for double the price. I've certainly got no complaints and would certainly recommend this company.

Fast delivery. Good product.
Very quick delivery. The product was as desribed on the website and I am very pleased with the LED lights I purchased. One minor hiccup was that the website threw up an error as I was completing my order. I emailed them to ascertain the status of the order. They replied very quickly and the order had in fact gone through. No problem. Very good customer service.

How an online shopping experience should be!
I ordered 13 Haler Spotlights initially. Unfortunately they did not have them in' Natural White so sourced them direct from the supplier for me and did everything possible to get them to me on time.
A couple of weeks later I needed 1 more received within 48 hrs. It was sent with the wrong coloured Bezel again no dispute send me a replacement without question.
Keep it up I say.

Top class customer service
I have purchased from this company in the past and was very satisfied with the product supplied & the speed with which it was despatched. So I had no hesitation in using them again.
On this 2nd occasion I encountered a small problem with the connection of the unit.
This was soon remedied by speaking to their customer services dept who could not have been more helpful. They treated my query with their utmost concern & I felt that customer satisfaction was high on their list of priorities.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them - especially if you are (like me) a female OAP with limited electrical knowledge. They will help you out

Perfect in every way
Perfect in every way fast delivery and lights are very good only isue with lights is they are individually switched but when turning one off at the beginning of a run of lights they all go out

Very Little Friction so far as I agreed to wait 4 - 6 weeks for them to receive further stock.
I placed my order and within a couple of days received a very nice telephone call from Simplelighting to say they were out of stock and awaiting delivery of the item I required. As the delay of 4 - 6 weeks is immaterial at this moment in time I agreed to go ahead and they have placed my order. Therefore, I am still waiting to receive my goods in say 4 weeks time even though payment has already been taken from my bank account before my item has been received by Simplelighting to dispatch to me. I hope I am able to do another review later when I eventually receive my order to say there has been no further problems.
