Quicker than the Pony Express
This was an excellent experience alround, with plenty of size and quality options to satisfy our requirements at very competitive prices. The ordering system has been set up to make life very easy and the delivery service was much better than promised. We had requested delivery before 12:00 next day and got a knock on the door before 08:00 which was brilliant.
Couldnt ask for more and we will definitely be back for more.

Very pleased with the A5 envelopes I received. I wanted a really 'posh' envelope for a special card and found just what I was looking for. Fast effecient service,well wrapped item of superior quality. Will definitely use Simply Envelopes again.

Good enough but not great.
Ordering was easy and the product arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. However, the texture of the envelope is unpleasant and the adhesive under the peel-off is nearly useless (because of the texture perhaps?). I have had to reinforce the closure with selotape. I may use the site again again but won't want textured envelopes.

Easy website and excellent service

Great customer service and awesome products
I'm really pleased with the overall exprience that I received from Simply Envelopes.
One of the items that I ordered actually turned out to be out of stock, but through their excellent customer service I was notified very quickly and they even advised me on alternative products that I could go for.
Their range of items will keep me coming back and this added customer service will be sure to keep me a customer for life.

Eventually got it together, only for the courier to fuck up
Item ordered on the website was actually not in stock, strike one.
Got a call the next day to advise of this, changed items, waited...
Waited two weeks. Called to enquire, and they said they'd send the order out (it hadn't been sent). Waited two days. Courier had 'Advised addressee' (they didn't) that it couldn't be delivered, and left it at the post office.
Unfortunate series of events, product was fine but the process was shite.

Good Company, good quality envelopes
Ordered two types of envelopes for wedding invitations. Both are lovely and fit well with the invites. They were from the clearance section so were a bargain which is great when sending out over 120 invites!! They came very quickly and well packaged.
All in all I was very pleased.

Service good but disappointed in product
I ordered some white pillow boxes on line. Website was easy to use and service was efficient. I received the product quickly. I am really disappointed in the quality. As soon as you try to open the box a huge crease appears in it making it un-useable. To be fair I haven't contacted the company about this yet but I don't think they should be selling this product as it is so poor.

Great jiffy bags, but missing some
The jiffy bags we received were lovely, however we were missing ten when they arrived . This was quickly corrected and received the missing jiffys the next day.

From the moment I found what I was looking for through Google and came onto your site, it was easy to find what I was after and the ordering process was simple. Because of the Easter Bank Holiday I hadn't expected the good to arrive until next week, however they turned up on Saturday morning. Excellent!

Amazing service!
I ordered envelopes just after 2pm (the cut off for next day delivery) but my order still arrived next day.
The products were as advertised on site. arrived beautifully packaged and are, I think good value for the money.

Quick ordering and Prompt Delivery
I ordered 3 batches of different size/colour envelopes. One batch was out of stock and the company phoned me quickly to inform me of this with a new delivery date or an immediate refund. The other envelopes arrived the next day. Very pleased and will be ordering more in the future.

easy ordering, shame about the out of stock item
Really easy to order and navigate through site. Unfortunately it wasn't until after the order had been placed that I was told an item was out of stock. Also it was a shame that after deciding to reorder the delivery charge couldn't of been wavered. ordering for our wedding so a bit frustrating when the item was unavailable.
However, the communication and speed of response was brilliant. Emails and phone call - brilliant.
The items arrived very quickly though it was a shame there was no standard post option.
