Damaged Item Delivered and would NOT exchange...
Second laptop i have purchases from Simplyacer however service this time below standard.
Item arrived damaged, contacted simplyacer who then who then told me it could not be exchanged and that the damage to the screen was Not covered by The acer warranty as it was only a singal deap pixel
So spent £550+ on an item which is damaged.
Will continue to fight and get my money back or exchange.
