Excellent Service
I received helpful advice from Simply Acer Sales. I requested two day delivery and that's what I got. Delivery man was friendly, laptop was well packaged. Additional software was taped to the outside. Setup instructions were simple and the end result was impressive.

Always a pleasure!
While working with CNX Technology, we use Simply Acer a great deal to grab some really superb laptops at a fantastic price. The usability of the website is phenomenal, you can always find a stunning deal and the delivery is always spot-on. I honestly cannot fault them in any way.
I even bought my personal laptop from Simply Acer after using them at work. Tech companies could take a few leaves from this book!

Quite Simply....Ace!
After scouring the net for many hours seeking the best price for a particular Acer, I decided to purchase from this company after reading numerous positive reviews regarding the service provided. I am so glad I did. The price offered could not be beaten and although I ordered the item on their standard delivery, I actually recieved it the next day...within 20 hours of purchase. The company kept me well informed about the impending delivery via e-mail and text message. The laptop was all that I expected and to date, I cannot find any fault with it. I would certainly recommend this company and purchase with them again without any reservations. Well done Simply Acer. Your customer service is highly commendable!

Excellent Customer Service
I have found Simply Acer to be fantastic. I ordered an All in One PC over the weekend and after placing the order, decided to alter it slightly so phoned and the staff were amazing. They bent over backward to amend my order and it still went out that same day. The item was sent next day by courier and we were given an hourly slot and it arrived within that time slot. We've not had alot of time to play about with all its features, but what we have used it brilliant! The price was so good, our friends also bought one and had no problems. The cost was nearly half of what the local shops are selling it at. I can't recommend them enough, both for price and helpful staff. Thanks Simply Acer - you allowed us to upgrade our current PC to something beyond our expectations.

Excellent company, definitely recommended
My experience of SimplyAcer is excellent. I ordered my laptop with free 3-5 day delivery and it was in fact sent next day delivery! I received text messages as the status of the order progressed and the last message said it would arrive between 12:11 and 13:11. It arrived at 12:11!!!. Laptop exactly as ordered, very pleased with it. I recommend this company to anyone.

Well Done
Ordered on Thursday and given a delivery time slot of 10.13-11.13. The box actually Arrived at 10.14, and within one hour I had the computer up and running. The transfer of files from my old computer was much more straightforward than I expected, but I could have done with more documentation or on screen user guide. I have now worked out how to use the touch screen and webcam. The only problem I have had is in making backup copies of the system - there seems to be a problem with the dvds even though I have bought a known brand in a high street shop.

fantastic
My husband has an Acer pc, so after doing a fair bit of comparisons between laptops he recommended this site. I ordered the 5750 on Thursday night and am happily using it now. The communication via text and e-mail kept me upto date with how my order was doing. The delivery was bang on time and they provide the delivery persons' name in case of queries. I wouldn't shop anywhere else and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, it's fantasctic value.

Simply Acer
Simply Acer.
I ordered an Acer laptop to be delivered by DPD couriers. I was given tracking details for the delivery. It transpired that the laptop was delivered to another address and signed for by a person unknown.
I have twice today informed Simply Acer of the situation. I am not happy because they say that they will have to wait till DPD "launch an investigation", and they are not able to resolve the situation till then. They say this could take up to several days.
They appear very unsympathetic to the fact that they have my money and one way or the other I have been deprived of my goods.
Surely it would be easy enough to find out from the delivery person where it ended up, but that would be too easy I guess.
Meantime, I would tend to avoid using this company again as they appear troublesome.

Excelent Fast service
The order arrived on the day I expected it to.
The delivery company gave a time window on the day of delivery and stuck to it.
Easy to get in contact with when there was a slight problem with payment (my error not theirs)
Would recomend to any body.

Not as described
The order came quick very happy with that but the item wasn't what I had ordered CPU was not what was advertised on their site , I asked for exchange but surprise surprise none in stock but they offered me a full refund which is fair but all I wanted was what I ordered and if they had asked me to wait for a replacement I would have, they did say if was a mistake by acer On the specs of the system, I have kept the system as I have had numerous problems getting the system with the correct specs from other sellers,

Great Service and Price- Lots of Communication and Fast
Quite simply the best price on the internet for the laptop I wanted. I got a laptop with discrete graphics, 6gb ram, USB 3.0, is3. Good hardware and performance for the price. Matching the specs for a different Brand would cost around £600, which makes my £450 seem a snip.
Simplyacer don't sacrifice customer service for price however. Lots of communication (texts, emails etc). Second laptop I've bought off this website, and would recommend it to all.

Best Value I Found
An Acer laptop was recommended to me by a 'techie' friend. Simply Acer was the best value - I got 6 gigs instead of 4 for £50 less. The laptop arrived two days later even though I'd gone for the standard free delivery. I received text messages every step of the way including being notified of the one-hour time slot for delivery on the morning it came.

Great product with fast & efficient delivery
SimplyAcer and the courier company kept me fully informed at all times and my laptop arrived bang on schedule. I am over the moon with my Aspire 5749. I have been using it constantly over the past 5 days and I love the keyboard and the build quality. The screen is bright and software load quickly and the battery life seems very good. This is the first time I have ever left a review, that's how pleased I am with SimplyAcer. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered and delivered within 2 days. Kept up to date with the estimated delivery. Was told it would be delivered between 11.30 and 12.30 and it came at 12.07. Brilliant service. Ordered the 7533Z 8GB. Really pleased with my purchase and the overall experience. I recommend this company and the product and will definetely use them again.

Couldn't have asked for better!
I ordered the Acer Aspire 5750Z for my son on a Wednesday, it arrived on the Monday. There was a query with the delivery address which I was contacted about and the query was resolved and acted upon very quickly. Excellent customer service overall. It was the first time I have used this company and would definitely recommend it. My son is delighted with his laptop.

Deal with the best
Ordered my laptop online on Saturday night and took delivery of it at mid-day on Tuesday lunchtime. Delivery man even apologised for being 2 mins early with his delivery! Thrilled with my Acer Aspire 5749 and easy to set up. Would recommend this company to anyone.
