Last week I ordered an Asus G750JH, costing around £1,900. The laptop was ordered on Sunday evening. Early Monday morning I got an email and text saying there was a problem with my order and to call their number. I called and they wanted to ask me a few security questions to authenticate my order. Having previous been a victim or money taken from my account (an unrelated case), I welcomed this security check.
My laptop arrived this next day, in perfect condition and thankfully no issues have arisen. I don't generally bother writing positive reviews, we generally tend to voice our opinion when we're complaining. But, despite some negative reviews from others, my experience has been fine.
