V well informed and came within 24 hours
Agree with all the positive feedback on here...it really is that good! Had a problem initially with card authorisation and got an email and text asking me to ring them which I did to confirm my address. As soon as I rang, the issue was fixed and the computer arrived the next day...even though I only paid for the cheapest option. Excellent.

Won't refund faulty goods
Recieved a brand new asus g53jw and it has not stopped crashing since i recieved it. Returned it so they could test it, they sent it back and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I've now posted a video of it crashing onto youtube and showed it to them, and all of a sudden they have just stopped replying to my emails!
Avoid at all costs, they may deliver quick, but god help you if you get something faulty.

Excellent on all counts
First off, they were very helpful over the phone when I had some questions about the product. The price was really good - no other company came close. And the dispatch and delivery were fast, fast, fast. I ordered on Monday and received it on Tuesday - and that was using just the standard delivery option.

Nobody's ever perfect
If I wanted to be really picky, I'd complain about the fact that the free anti-virus software came on a CD-ROM (which can't be uploaded on a netbook) and it took me a few minutes to work out how to download from the company's website. However, everything else worked so well that 5* seems about right.

Failed and lied to
I placed an order for a netbook & accessories with them on Friday 18th for delivery to me in Guernsey before Wednesday 23rd as I needed the item to take with me on a flight. I checked with them on the Friday that the goods would be dispatched on Friday and was told they should be. On Sunday, having had no shipping advice, I emailed them for a tracking number. On Monday 21st I was told that the goods had yet to arrive in their warehouse, and that they had 4 days according to their policy to get them to me. I asked them why they had told me the order should have shipped Friday if they did not have it, and asked them to confirm that they now did have it, and it would be shipped today, Monday via a Next Day Parcel service as promised. They failed to confim that the item was in stock yet, and then told me they did not offer a Next Day service to Guernsey anyway. I asked them why they had taken my order for goods not in stock, charged my card before having the goods, and offering a Next Day service which does not exist. I reveived no response to any of these questions, so cancelled the order. Frankly, I have now lost faith in this Company's promises, and will buy my harware elsewhere in future. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from them is: Don't.

Brilliant service
Cannot fault the communication and the delivery company. Timely messages on e-mail and text and the delivery arrived within 10 minutes of the start of the 1 hour delivery window. Excellent computer which so far has been working without fault.

Super service
I ordered my Asus netbook on the 5th and it arrived on the 8th! DPD the delivery agent contacted me and notified me of the delivery time to be within a one hour period, and it arrived well within that time frame. I had good communication from SimplyAsus about my order, who were the most reasonable on the internet. It is so refreshing to find a company that delivers the goods quickly and in great condition.

First Class Service
I am very satified with your prompt service with the delivery time well inside the parameters I chose and paid for.
The Asus EEE 1015PE appears to be a great little netbook. I will be interested to watch how the battery life stacks up against the quoted figures. (I am aware that this will vary greatly depending on how the netbook is used). This was my main reason for buying this model as the figure quoted was battery life up to 11 hrs.

Great service - my second order from this company and cannot fault them
Lowest price I could find even with the credit card surcharge added (I can understand why they add this charge when the prices are so good).
My laptop also arrived next day even though the weather is pretty bad at the moment - well done Asus!

"Next day delivery"
Ordered a laptop for next day delivery - order went through, including additional delivery charge (and a further percentage of this delivery charge was added to the credit card surcharge).
Phoned the following day to enquire as to progress (as the "Track Order" function on their website does not work), to be told they were out of stock, but "hoped to get an order in today or tomorrow". No one had bothered to email or phone to inform me of this.
Nothing yet...Unprofessional and poorly-organised company.

Excellent turn around; although the "issue with the order" email is a misnomer!
Cheapest price on the internet for the laptop I wanted.
Ordered laptop last night and its being dispatched for tomorrow (and that's the 5 day supersaver free delivery option also!)
Only issue was the "issue with my order" email which sent the alarm bells ringing (eg they're out of stock/ want me to chose a more expensive model/ will take ages to get my money back - etc) when in fact they wanted to confirm my address!!
Apart from that, impressed so far.

Great Netbook
Item arrived promptly, well packaged.
Netbook had free security software package, but was provided on a CD, despite the netbook not having a CD drive, which was odd, but free so didn't really affect me.
For new customers, please could you change the title of the email from "Problem with your order" to something less scary over a simple matter of confirming order over the phone? I got into a panic and the operator told me he gets that a lot!
Otherwise a fantastic purchase, will definitely recommend you to friends and family!

Great Deal
Best price laptop I could find, super fast delivery too, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is 2 anti virus were installed slowing the laptop down and lack of a manual leaving me wondering what the hell the things were on the desktop that it wanted to install, also 350gb hd was not even 300gb.
Some of the things mentioned are probably down to the manufacturer and not to the seller.
Overall I can't complain....great deal.
