Efficient, fast and great value
Very impressive service. I did have a problem with the laptop supplied, not a simplyasus problem I might add, and the technical supprt team were excellent with the resolution of the situation. I feel confident I can return to simplyasus in the future. Thanks guys!!

Does what it says on the Tin
1 - Cheapest Price on the Laptop I was after
2 - Delivery Charge was very reasonable
3 - Good communications with the processing and despatch notifications
4 - Was delivered to the HIGHLANDS a day early which is unheard of
5 - Laptop came in perfect condition

Excellent speed of service
Selected free 3-5day delivery, however netbook arrived following day, excellent. Easy to set up, but would have been helpful if the free Bullguard software had been included with the netbook and not dispatched as a separate item which turned up 2 days after the netbook!

Delivery time was very good
I have no complaints about the delivery service, just about the netbook, I think the mains connection is very poor at the laptop as it does not seem very secure and it is very easy to dislodge while in use during the charging process. Have I got a bad one or is this normal?

5 stars are not enough
This is the best internet experience I have ever had. I ordered my PC at approx. 3.30 Thurs. afternoon and the same evening I had an email to say it had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day. Friday morning I had another email to say it would arrive between 2 and 3pm. It duly arrived at 2.30pm. Beat that!!!
A few weeks ago I had a similar experience with Simply Acer which is I believe the same supplier.

Magnificent Service
Laptop arrived as expected but hard disk failed after two days. A courier arrived the next day to collect the unit and returned three days later to deliver it's (fault free) replacement. During this time they called me back twice - to arrange a collection time and to advise me that the fault was confirmed and a replacement was on it's way.

Best Service Ever
Living in the Channel Islands shopping online gives a much bigger choice. The customer service was excellent when I phoned them to arrange VAT free and my new netbook arrived within 24 hours. Have already recommended the site to friends and colleagues.

Excellent product and delivery
I have no complaints about the product or the delivery. My only problem was with the fact that my credit card is from outside the UK (as am I). For me the whole point of the internet is that location is not important, I can understand why delivery is limited to the UK for cost and configuration reasons, but it makes no sense why a purchaser needs to be UK based as long as the delivery is to an appropriate address. Having said that, when I phoned customer service and explained my situation, they were helpful and efficient and the issue was resolved straight away with no delay to my delivery. If that aspect of the website had not been an issue, this would have been a 5* rating.

Fast delivery, excellent communications.
Laptop arrived the day after I ordered, even though I'd selected free 5 day delivery. A small problem was dealt with promptly, efficiently and courteously. I have no hesitation in recommending simplyasus and would use them again, great prices and service.

Delivery fantastic - before and after not quite as good
My payment took several attempts with the bank telling me that they had approved the payment but simplyasus had cancelled it. This took several phone calls to both the bank and simply asus. The first person at simplyasus was very pleasant, the second one obviously bored and disinterested. The laptop arrived the next day and with a one hour delivery slot which is brilliant and meant I didn't have to hand around all day. However, when I turned the laptop on, it told me my version of Windows 7 was not genuine. It took about 30-40 minutes of premium rate phone calls to remedy this. Other than that, I'm very happy with the laptop.

Asus Lamborghini VX5 - So far so good
To start with the niggle - the staff Simply Asus were a bit off hand, considering I was spending nearly two grand.
Having said that the ordering and delivery was superb. The laptop is simply amazing!

Best price but faulty product
Simply Asus offered the best price for the product I wanted and delivery was fast however unfortunately my notebook stopped working on day 2.
When I called to arrange a return I received good customer service via the phone and was promised that the returns team would call me on the following day and collect the item however I never received the call. The issue is not resolved yet but I expect that the return will be taken care of shortly and I'll receive a working laptop asap.

Simply Asus.. simply spot on... the cheapest around and without asking for a next day delivery, opting for delivery upto 5 working days, i actually received the laptop the next day. Cutomer service was also great, well mannered and knew exactly what I was talking about and needed.

Fast and Efficient Service
Having received the green light from the boss (my wife) to buy a G73J, I stumbled upon the SimplyAsus web page in my efforts to find a retailer who had it in stock. I ordered the laptop on Thursday evening, and although there was an issue with my credit card (bank put the transaction on hold for security) I was still able to secure the laptop and sort out the credit card. Just as well really because they only had one in stock. The unit was shipped on Friday and duly arrived on Saturday. Only one word can describe the performance of this machine - awesome!

Fast delivery
Item sent next working day on a 5 day delivery. Good communications. The PC was OK although the bundled software was different to that advertised. There was no bulldog software but Trend micro instead, a trial version. Also I got a wireless keyboard and mouse that I didn't expect. I'm not complaining though.
