I have now bought 3 laptops from SimplyAsus and could not recommend them more highly. I had 2 of them upgraded and you should be aware that adds a few days to the order time. When I called to find out how long the upgrade would take they were very helpful and quick. No hesitation in using them again.
I received notification of dispatch within 12 hrs of order even though I chose free 5 day delivery.
The delivery company tracking is very good but I had to delay delivery as we would not be available to receive at the scheduled time. Rescheduling was easy but it all fell apart when the courier failed to find us and left a card at some other address!
I ended up collecting from the depot 20 miles away.
My worst online shopping experience since 1998 (sales hotline inclusive).
My 1st order went out of stock, informed to me after I called, the credit card charged and 5 days later. The 2nd order never arrived after 7 days and more than 6 calls. Call was never returned as promised and complaint email not responded to. Telesales personnel dared to promise delivery (i.e.: will arrive tomorrow) but it didn't happen. I cancelled the purchase when she promised that my package "will arrive tomorrow" for the 4th time. Top with lost 2 days-off I had to take to wait for the promised delivery (my son needed net access to do schoolwork so badly).
I simply purchased the same unit half an hour after cancelling at Amazon for an extra 7 quids (not inclusive shipping), less the headache and blood pressure. Avoid this company unless you want to experience the same stress first hand.

Ordered and recieved, on time and A1 condition. The computer is a bit cheap looking but then it is CHEAP, but it is also fun and works out of the box.
I like dealing with firms that include batteries and provide wireless keybroads and mice - rather than getting you to upgrade.
I think this has to rate as one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Ordered a laptop just over a week ago, it was supposedly in stock, after ordering my order details in the login area just sit with the name of the laptop model, no details at all. Contacted them twice and now a 3rd time, over the course of almost a week, no response to any emails, they've taken money from my account, ignored every communication. I absolutely must urge people to give this company a wide berth they are disgusting and do not deserve to be any sort of partner to Asus. AVOID.
I have previously ordered from Simply Asus without issue. I bought a clearance item and the order appeared to be accepted. I later received a text to say that there was a problem with my order. I telephoned and was informed to contact my bank. This was incorrect information. I called again and spoke to a lady who had a terrible attitude. She was unhelpful and I felt I was treated like something on the sole of a shoe. I actually called a sales line and was told to order on the internet. What kind of sales line is that?
I am deeply unsatisfied and appalled by the whole experience. When I finally bought the item no effort was made on the company's part to have the product ready. I was expected to wait all afternoon in Birmingham for a text confirmation that the product was ready for collection. The whole experience left me feeling like a number rather than a person.
I would give SimplyAsus zero out of 5 if that was an option.
Notified of any changes to order status by email, netbook arrived next day, and the one hour delivery slot is a great idea, saves me having to hang around waiting, i can get on with the other things i need to do.
I have dealth with ebuyer.com, misco and others BUT these guys were the best. Super fast efficient service, great courier company. The product was delivered next day and in nice packaging and as described. Well done and keep up the good work!!!!!
Order was received quickly and promptly however their returns policy is such that if a box is opened then 10% of the price of the item is charged and not refunded. not very impressive for a £1400 laptop that you cannot see or test without having to spend £140.
Perhaps three stars is a little harsh. Computer is great and arrived safely but through some glitch on the ordering page my surname wasn't registered. I was sent an email but I had to phone up to confirm. This meant though I had paid for next day delivery I got it within five days which I could have got for free. The internet security arrived the following day which I thought rather odd.
Very impressive service. I did have a problem with the laptop supplied, not a simplyasus problem I might add, and the technical supprt team were excellent with the resolution of the situation. I feel confident I can return to simplyasus in the future. Thanks guys!!

2 - Delivery Charge was very reasonable
3 - Good communications with the processing and despatch notifications
4 - Was delivered to the HIGHLANDS a day early which is unheard of
5 - Laptop came in perfect condition

Selected free 3-5day delivery, however netbook arrived following day, excellent. Easy to set up, but would have been helpful if the free Bullguard software had been included with the netbook and not dispatched as a separate item which turned up 2 days after the netbook!
I have no complaints about the delivery service, just about the netbook, I think the mains connection is very poor at the laptop as it does not seem very secure and it is very easy to dislodge while in use during the charging process. Have I got a bad one or is this normal?
This is the best internet experience I have ever had. I ordered my PC at approx. 3.30 Thurs. afternoon and the same evening I had an email to say it had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day. Friday morning I had another email to say it would arrive between 2 and 3pm. It duly arrived at 2.30pm. Beat that!!!
A few weeks ago I had a similar experience with Simply Acer which is I believe the same supplier.

Laptop arrived as expected but hard disk failed after two days. A courier arrived the next day to collect the unit and returned three days later to deliver it's (fault free) replacement. During this time they called me back twice - to arrange a collection time and to advise me that the fault was confirmed and a replacement was on it's way.
