Luckily the goods were OK because the packaging fell to pieces.
The goods arrived as described and in good condition. However we think this was due to luck rather than anything else as the box the goods were in was squashed and useless. We could not have given it as a present to our grandchild in the box as it was damaged and looked second hand. Had it not been delivered in a plastic bag as well, it would not have survived the post in tact. We have given it to our grandchild without the box, lucky we were not posting it on or had arranged for it to be sent straight to him.

Unbelievably good buggy and delivery time
Nipper sport is easily the best constructed and designed off road running buggy - very light, sturdy and manoeuvrable. I ordered one day and it arrived the next. Can't wait to get out into the countryside now.

fantastic service
I have spent ages finding the perfect pram but every one suitable from birth I looked at was either too heavy, too bulky, didnt fold compactly, didnt have reversible seat.
Having decided on the baby jogger city versa at the end you were the only company I could find on the Internet who did a birth inlay which made the pushchair suitable from birth.
Thanks SImplybaby for stocking great products not easily found elsewhere.

Great service, shame about delivery
The customer service team couldn't have been more helpful. I wanted some accessories for a Joolz pram but wasn't too sure of the colour so asked for advice. I placed an order which was despatched the same day. Excellent service. Sadly the courier, DPD, royally messed up and held the parcel in its central hub for 3 days.
I want to rate 5 stars, but the courier experience makes it a 4.

I ordered my daughters cybex carseat at 11am on the Monday and it arrived with the standard delivery option the following day at 2pm. Fantastic as my daughter was itching to get in a big girls car seat like her sister!

i searched the internet for the best priced recaro car seats as i think they are the best. about, and found them here on simply baby for an amazing price of only £72 and not only that it was free delivery! i recieved the seats within 3 working days to northern ireland! excellent service would defo recommend :)

Wonderful Service
What a great company! I ordered the Bugaboo Bee plus Britax carseat adapters along with a Britax carseat rain cover as I could not find these at a better price online or on the high street. An added bonus was the free delivery, especially to Northern Ireland (some baby websites were charging £10 for this service!!). Payment was quick and my products arrived with a courrier within 2 days. I cannot fault any part of my shopping experience and will definitely be shopping with Simply Baby again in the near future.

Really good customer service, my order went to the wrong house at first because of the address being miss read by the delivery service, so when I rang customer service, they easily dealt and sorted out the problem very quickly and in a polite manner. So really pleased. Received my order today and really happy with it! There delivery service / dispatch time is quick. I would definitely recommend simple baby to other people!

I love this pram its comfertable for my daughter ,it has a secret pocket in hood with speaker so you can play music for your child its pretty nice design and its reversible its so easy to handle and push and easy to recline would recommend it to anyone and it was quick delivery so glad I decide to buy the cosatto - bow how supa stroller

Adequate at best
Item purchased as "in stock" when ordered had still not been received by Simply Baby a week later. Needless to say we did not receive the item in the 7-10 days stated on their website.
Only after an order is placed you learn that it becomes the responsibility of a third-party courier to provide your tracking number which seems odd as every other online retailer manages to provide this to their customers on behalf of the courier service they employ.
In our instance no such tracking was received.
I would definitely order elsewhere in the future even if Simply Baby seemed to be the cheapest and stated an item was available quickly...
