Felt response was slightly curt with me when I was inquiring where my order was, after a week. Order was delivered within the 10 day time frame, ie at about 10 days, for a 5 day working week. Car seat is excellent. I specifically selected Simply Baby as they were the first online seller which I could find who were specifying the courier. DPD, in my experience, make it very easy to track the progress of the delivery and to rearrange for a more convenient date for collection. Easily worth paying slightly more for this service, in my opinion, rather than just targeting the cheapest all in price.
Really impressed by my experience ordering from SimplyBaby. The efficient ordering process and prompt, transparent delivery were a pleasant surprise and if this is typical of the company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Had great communication direct from the website, the item I wanted was out of stock but had customer service e-mail letting me know what other product was available and if I wanted to wait how long it would be until delivery. Really great service and Item came the next day it was sent out.
Ordered a Joie Chrome Travel System for baby due in March. Was very impressed that we would get 24 hour delivery included in the price. Was advised would receive an email/text to advise of delivery hour, however got home to discover that the courier DPD had been while we were out, without sending said delivery slot. Spoke to Charlotte at Simply Baby who was very apologetic and helpful. She advised DPD who also apologised but said they couldn't reschedule for a weekend but would try again next working day. At half five we had a knock on the door, and DPD driver had taken upon himself to come back to us as items were for baby. So we ended up with all items, as ordered, and on time. Items themselves are exactly what we hoped for, just need baby now!
We purchased a new baby seat for our car and were very pleased by the service provided. The item was exactly as described on the web site and arrived as and when promised. We would certainly use simplybaby again, and when we need more items this will be one of our first web sites to browse.
Having never heard of Simply Baby before, I ordered a Britax Adventure car seat from them because it came up on a price comparison search with a really good price and excellent reviews from existing customers. I'm so glad I did... not only did I get a real bargain but the service was absolutely fantastic: quick delivery by courier and plenty of communication telling me when to expect the item to arrive. I was even given the option to change the delivery date to suit if required. This is one very happy customer!
Great service from Simply Baby, but it's a shame that no delivery information or tracking is provided by the courier company, It was sheer luck that I was in to receive my delivery a few days after ordering it.
They managed to get product that was out of stock everywhere else. Minor niggle is that I only placed the order because the website said it was in stock. Very frustrating when website says in stock only for an email to come later saying the product is actually on order. However they came through and managed to secure the product which was then delivered quickly.
Bought an apron for my oyster pushchair from this site because it said next day delivery. Could have got it cheaper elsewhere but wanted it urgently. Took a days holiday to wait in for the item to receive an email from the delivery company that it had missed of the van and would be delivered 2 days later! Contacted them to be told no it would be the next day and would be upgraded to a pre 12 delivery slot. So took the following morning off to receive an email saying it would be delivered at 1.30! Product finally arrived and was perfect but this company needs to change delivery companies and it has stopped me from wanting to buy from them again.
