Great price, great service
Cheapest price I could find for this product. Great carseat. We have it in our second car and then in each of the grandparents cars. Really fast, efficient service from Simply Baby & free delivery. My only bugbear would be that the carrier was instructed to leave it with a neighbour if we were out, but instead left it by our back door. We had been away the night before but luckily arrived back late that evening, otherwise it would have been outside overnight.

Took payment for a product which was not in stock
I have had a very good experience with Simply Baby up to this point having purchased a number of items from them. However, I purchased a parasol last week which I was told would be sent next day. When it hadn't turned up 3 working days later I sent an email and received no reply. I phoned the next day to be told that there was no record of the product being sent to me and that I would be refunded because it wasn't in stock. This was most unfortunate as I had declined buying it from another seller to give Simply Baby the business, but when I went back to purchase it, it had been sold. Even more frustrating, I have since found out that there is a problem with supply of the product from the manufacturer and I am unlikely to get the product in the required colour. I have since bought it in a similar colour from another company.

Almost as expected
The process was as expected. Easy to find product, easy to buy, the package arrived at our address in Denmark as fast as expected. A very little bug, the package was marked "can be left in our garage", but the carrier left it by the front door completely visible from the road.

Very prompt and efficient service
I was impressed with the prompt service offered by Simplybaby. Could have had my delivery the next day but was able to defer it to a day later in the week when i was at home. Had a text to tell me my hour delivery slot and delivery was well within the allocated time. Baby bouncer looks good, just waiting to try it out when my new grandaughter arrives.

Fantastic value for money and great service
Ordered a car seat from simply baby - was at least £40 cheaper than all other online retailers, as such I expected to wait longer for delivery etc, however it arrived within two days, well packaged and as decrided.

Delightfully reliable, prompt and excellent value for money.

Gorgeous changing bag!
I love this mama et bebe changing bag from the pink lining range! It's so practical, they have thought of everything from a wet bag to thermo insulated pockets for bottles! They have even thought of mummy with all tge pockets & even a mirror to have a glance at!

Does What It Says On The Tin
Cup holder holds cups in place very well. Sun shade shades my daughter from the sun. I ordered it & it arrived shortly afterwards. Good work.

Great looking,easy fitting cot
Item was delivered the next day,flat packed.The cot could easily be assembled together using all the bolts & nuts provided.You could assemble the cot all by yourself by sliding 4 bolts into the corresponding 4 corner holes to set up the cot main framework & then secure each hole with bolts & nuts one by one.You then fit the base of the bed in similar manner to the top holes for new born babies.As baby grows older,you can lower the base to the next set of holes.Nice cot for a reasonable price.Greatly recommended!

Unsatisfactory Customer Service
We purchased a rather expensive twin buggy which we were told was for next day delivery. However, it later transpired that this was not the case as it was produced by Bebecar. We were told that we should expect the item within 14 days of placing the order. We received the item well after this time and we did not feel as though the customer service department was at all helpful. When trying to contact the customer service department we found on many days that they did not pick up the phone until after 10:00 am and always closed by 16:00. We sent an email expressing our disappointment at the service delivery whilst providing SimplyBaby with the opportunity to respond to our feelings of poor service delivery and they did not even bother to respond to this email. Very disappointing all round!

Not what expected
The bed its self was great ,good value for your money.When the bed was delivered to our surprise there was no bolts! or instructions !We then waited 3 0r 4 days for these after phoning.The instructions were very poor quality and it was hard to make the pictures out.
For those reasons i would be a bit weary of ordering form the site again or at least large pieces .

Disappointing
I found the product description of the teutonia cosmo raincover misleading as it did not specify the correct use of the cover which was being sold. The cover is for the carry cot and not the pushchair. I was told when i called to gain details of how to return the product, they do not sell.

Great hassle free service
I ordered my oyster carry cot initially thinking it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive, however I had an email that day to say my parcel would now be with me in 3-5 days, it then arrived as promised in that time frame. Great price and speedy service. Many thanks :-)

Totally converted after a minor issue!

Very fast and professional seller!
