My swimsuits never arrived despite early ordering!
I struggled to buy 2 swimsuits on simply beach as it didn't let me know until I'd registered that I couldn't pay with Amex (and I'd registered in my married name and my other credit card was my maiden name). So it was a total faff and I had to re-register. Then having ordered the suits on 11 December as I needed them for a holiday on the 26th dec, they didn't arrive in time. I contacted simply beach when they still had time to get them to me if they express delivered them but they said their policy was 2nd class post. So I'm on holiday with my scuzzy old swimsuit feeling rather annoyed!

We are sorry to hear that the customer experienced some difficulties in placing their order with us. We do accept almost all types of bank card/Paypal but not Amex unfortunately. Our records show that the order was successfully placed on line on the evening of the 12th December and despatched the following day. We have contacted the customer and advised them to check with their local Post Office on their return from holiday to check that they are not holding any mail for them and then report back to us. If the checks are to no avail we would be happy to offer a full refund or replacement order.
