I ordered two beach towels from Simply Beach. They were both faulty,the stitching on the Simply Beach logo was unravelling on both towels. I spoke to customer services and they advised me to send them back which I did. I was refunded for only one towel and have been told that I will have to wait until they have done a stock check before I am refunded for the second towel. I think this is poor service. Apart from this I have been very pleased with this company.

We are sorry to hear the items developed a fault. The Customer Care advisor rightly advised to return the items to us and we would happily refund. Only one towel was received back. We are currently looking into the situation and will resolve for the customer as swiftly as possible.
