I ordered bikini bottoms and returned them for a larger size, no questions asked, now worried about refunds, everything was done without me having to write emails, make phone calls to explain. All automatic, so easy, no fuss, happy customer!!
Realised at the last minute I needed a 'smart' beach bag in October for an adult holiday with no kids. Found perfect bag on Simply Beach at great price. Ordered and it arrived sooner than expected - fantastic!
I sent the following email on the supposed day of the delivery and had NO RESPONSE "Our order HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO US....I have been in the house waiting, and note that your previous email stated a delivery time between 16.45 and 17.45.... This is very poor delivery service and very disappointing. I have tried to phone you find out what has happened but despite your website giving 18.00 as your closing time for a Friday your phone system is closed...Also poor service. All I have remaining is your automated re-delivery service which is simply not good enough when your delivery driver has not been here. Please re-organise delivery immediately by contacting your driver and getting him to return forthwith." When I finally managed to get a phone number for DPD and spoke to their customer service centre they implied that I was lying about the lack of delivery and left me with no option but to drive 45 miles round trip to pick up the product so as not to disappoint my wife who was travelling the next day.. I was refused an upgraded delivery and offered no compensation for DPD's failure to manage their delivery reasonably..
Great choice, found the products i wanted, website is easy to navigate. I chose delivery with text updates, delivery was prompt answer products were as expected. Overall very pleased with my purchase and would definitely use simply beach again and again.
You have to post unwanted items back (they don't provide a courier service) so it's important to be on the ball. After 14 days you lose the right to return unwanted items. I missed deadline by 1 day and was stuck with a load of clothes I didn't want.
I need fitted bikini tops so I bought 3 full sets of freya bikinis top and bottoms and managed to save nearly 50%of rrp, on arrival 2 sets fitted great and 1 not so, so I sent back 1 set , which was an easy process and money was refunded into my account very quicky. Would I use Simply Beach ever again, of course 100% satisfied.
