Ordered Lumix G3 + lens on 6th April. No sign of anything happening with order. Cancelled order on 24th April. Order confirmed cancelled on 4th May. Still waiting for refund. Gave up trying to communicate by phone, as when you are at top of queue, you get cut off! You also get a standard email which states your order is being followed up by a representative and you will be notified within a few days. Not so! Two years ago I ordered a Lumix camera and the service was good. I can now only assume this company is rapidly going downhill and I do worn people to be very careful.
