I ordered a DSLR and 3 lenses all of which were 'in stock' and was quoted 2-3 days delivery. After multiple emails and 30 days had passed and I still had nothing I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. The refund took a further 4 weeks to come through and only then after I contacted my credit card company who in turn chased up the refund on my behalf. I wish I had checked up on this company before ordering, seems like this happens a lot.
