Lowest Price, Quick delivery!

The product was the lowest price I could find on the internet and came within a week. Really happy with the product and service. Simply Electronics kept me up to date with the whereabouts of my order right up to the point of delivery.

Very Good Value - Item As Described - But Don't Expect Immediate Delivery

I bought a Canon lens for my camera from this company. The item was shown in stock with an estimated dispatch in 1-2 days.
After several days I was notified the lens was still being sourced. This suggests to me that the item was not in stock as first indicated.
The small print regarding delivery did estimate delivery between 7-14 days, but I can see why other reviewers may have felt misled.
The lens arrived after 13 days and I am very happy with it. It was well packaged and exactly as described. The price was almost half that charged by most other retailers.
I received regular updates regarding the progress of my order so overall I am very pleased with the service provided and the product itself.

Outstanding service

It takes a little longer than most places to receive the goods but they communicate every step of the way and keep their promises. So happy with product that I've ordered another for my dad for his birthday!

Easy, informative service

This company was easy to deal with however 4-10 days is quite a wide scope for delivery, but the delivery updates were frequent, informative and efficient which was great, the issue I did experience however was I received a text to say yes to delivery today or 2 for tomorrow or 3 with a neighbour, I responded with 2 delivery Tuesday instead of today, unfortunately you still delivered that day and left it with my neighbour not as I had requested, this could be very inconvenient for some people if like me you don't speak to your neighbour, so on this occasion your process failed, however the product is great and the rest of your service process was good.

DO NOT USE WILL NOT REFUND I AM OWED £400

This company have no customer service returned my items tracked 8th Feb2014. I have sent numerous emails and no refund. Do bot waste your money they company is not UK based so unfortunately communication is very poor they send pre written emails and will not contact by telephone. It makes me so angry that they can still trade. It is more unacceptable that this was an order that was cancelled and they had delivered and signed by a neighbour. Followed all the correct procedures. You basically will get emails saying be patient but really it is now over 2 months. Please think very carefully before using There are many words to use SCAM THIEVES I could go on.

Totally fake

Today 44 days my ordering and still waiting, they promise 4-10 working days, don`t order this company anything!!!

Very happy with the company and product, a bit iffy with the delivery.

Both the Product and the speed of service were execellent. My only slight grumble was the delivery. DPD was doing the delivery and at 9am got a text at work saying a parcel would be delivered between 9:57 and 10:57 that day. It gave me a tracking option and a number of options (Deliver to a neighbour, deliver another day or collect at depot). As I knew my Neighbours were away and the depot was over 30 miles away. I therefore made arrangements to go home so I could accept the product. I left work at 9:40 at which time the tracking said that my delivery was the 7th on the list and the delivery van was still on his first drop off and therefore my delivery was to be in one hour. I got back home in 20 minutes (10 am) to see the DPD van drive off. I checked in the house and had a note saying parcel had been put over side gate. I checked the side of my house and found the parcel in a puddle, the delivery man had dropped it over a 7 foot gate. Luckily the parcel was well protected and the lens was fine.

Avoid this company

They have charged me in different amount (more) that was on their website,without any reason and aware. They have refused to refund the difference. Please be aware,even the price could look amazing on their website better paid couples pounds more in different places to avoid massive disappointed!

Avoid using this company

Phone took 15 days to arrive (I live in London, not a rural area). I sent e-mails to query why the order was taking so long to arrive and got one-sentence replies in French! Don't believe them when they say they will dispatch your order within 2-3 days. When it finally arrived they sent me a European 2 pin plug which is useless in the UK without an adaptor. Have e-mailed them to inform them of this, waiting for a reply..

This company has failed to replace a faulty/returned Z10 in over 2 months, continues to send me pathetic e-mails but takes no action, and has to all intents and purposes stolen over £200 from me.

Trade with this company at your peril.

So .... this is the reply after 2 months. I would suggest that no-one should ever consider buying from this company. I'm about to contact Radio 4's Money Box programme and see if they can help to nail this company.

Still nothing, one week on. Post-Christmas returns? It's now mid-April for goodness sake. Do not ever do business with these people. They have stolen £200 from me. I'm about to contact my credit card company (Mastercard) and attempt to get them blocked.

Simply Electronics, simply delighted

Okay, so the experience wasn't perfect, but the fact is that i received what i ordered (iPad Air) in ten working days just like they stated.

Took a while for it to be dispatched so i contacted them a few times, i did get the impression that English was not their first language, but all my queries were answered punctually and courteously.

Eventually i was sent a DPD link and i was able to track it from the Netherlands, with an email sent on the day giving me a one hour delivery window. Perfect.

I would certainly use them again.

Fantastic product, fantastic service

I ordered the Garmin Forerunner 620, and I immediately received confirmation with an approximate delivery date. I was able to track my order online, and received emails as well as texts to let me know a delivery date and time. I was not home for the delivery, but I was given options to change the address, collect the item myself or change the delivery day online. I am incredibly pleased with the service, and the product is amazing! I highly recommend Simply Electronics.

Great Item - Woeful Despatch and Delivery Service

Ordered Sigma70-200 f2.8 EX DG OS HSM (Canon fit) on 10 March. After contacting Simply Electronics on 4 occasions (email and phone) it was finally shipped on 28 March and delivered on 2 April. In not one area did it meet any of the shipping and delivery timescales indicated by the website. Once delivered, I am delighted with the lens but the delay in getting it to me resulted in me missing the opportunity for 2 photo shoots I planned to use the lens for. Given that there were supposedly 3 in stock when I purchased it (dropped to 2 after my purchase - suggesting that the stock recording system is automated and quick), to take 18 days to despatch (14 working days) against a supposedly claimed 2 to 3 days is a miserable performance level.
In short, a quality item at a great price but a very poor despatch and delivery service. Consequently, I would not use Simply Electronics again nor would I recommend anyone else to use them - not unless they sort out their despatch and shipping service.

Poor with a capital 'P!!!'

Ordered a Garmin Swim watch on 21/3/14. Money taken immediately. Contacted them via their 'web form' on 29/3/14 to enquire why the status showed the order as still being processed and received a reply from 'Peachy' stating my order should be with me in the promised '4 to 10 day period'. Yesterday the order status was awaiting pick up by courier but when I checked today it had changed to it being delayed due to a backlog. Not much chance of it being with me any time soon then. I emailed 'Peachy' to ask for my order to be cancelled and for them to carry out an repayment as soon as possible, no reply. Rang them, no help whatsoever. Tried to send another message via their 'web form' in order to cancel my order, comes up with an error! I went back online and ordered from a UK based company and the watch will be with me tomorrow. I really wish I had done that before using Simply Electronics.

Update: Finally got the 'web form' to work. Sent a message to cancel, awaiting response.

Update: Unbelievable! First I get an email stating the order will be put on hold while they find out why I don't want it then I get one saying they'll get my order to me as soon as possible!!

Update: I cannot believe this! I've now been contacted by the same person twice and they have asked me twice for the reason I want my order cancelled!

Update: Finally!! The order is cancelled. However I'm informed that "It can take up to 2 weeks on occasion for the refund to be initiated due to current processes we have in place". Really, 2 weeks! I will certainly not be using these again and have warned my friends.

Update 14/4/14: Checked my bank account today and I've been refunded! No email from Simply Electronics to inform me of this, I had to find out for myself.
I really do urge those prospective customers to think carefully before purchasing. If you don't mind a probable long wait and very poor customer service then go for it. Otherwise, steer well clear!

dont touch this company with barge poll AVOID AVIOD

i purchased a sony xperia m which said in stock dekivery 7-10 working days after 10 days phoned customer services were is my order they replied sorry very busy will send as soon as possible i asked when can i expect my order they replied may be a week or so iasked to cancek order they replied must do online i said cant you deal with it your customer services the got funny with me said do it online so i went online canceled oreder asked for card to be refunded asap got no reply so looked on my account said order canceled rufund pending after a week still no refund so called customer services again asked were refund was told sorry again will be refunded asap i said cant you refund over phone or pass me onto someone who can still no joy told have to wait until accounts deal with i said this is not acceptable i told will dipute them with credit card company if no refund received by end of week this didnt bother them got attitude and do what ever you want so now had to contact credit card company and now in dispute with them for fraud claim they dont know meaning customer services and all review sites now looked at have all bad reviews with this company so read all review companys and dont be tempted by there very professional looking web site as cant deliver products on sale and dont refund money back
