An elegant addition to our garden
The garden bench is beautifully proportioned and elegantly designed. It makes a great focal point in the garden. Compared with many other products that we saw it was of far better value. Delivery was speedy and on time.

Problem solved
Garden furniture was seen as being at a good price against other companies. Delivery was extremely prompt and well packaged. Table was found to be slightly distorted in one section on arrival. Photos and a description of the problem were forwarded to the company and a replacement was provided almost by return of post. Pretty amazing service from a company that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Quick and efficient service
We bought 2 teak garden chairs which were very keenly priced. Ordering was simplicity itself and we were kept updated by e-mail and text the whole way through, especially with delivery, which was superb. Had contact the day before and twice on the day to say when they would be delivered. Chairs came flat packed and were easy to assemble. Great quality and with a couple of coats of teak oil, ready to use. A highly recommended company.

Customer Service at Arm's Length!
Once delivered and unwrapped, found one plastic foot on each sunlounger broken, email sent and advised photos were available, after being requested we supplied these and they were then sent off to supplyer. Having paid £445, not cheap, we requested some sort of compensation for not being able to use the loungers (bought to used for a special occassion), none was forthcomming. A few days later replacement feet arrived, no paperwork, no comments, not even a compliment slip. Don't you get the feeling that once you have paid for something before you get it you do not have to be treated with any common manners!!!!!!

Great service, great product
Really pleased with with all aspects of our new gardan bench, it was easy to order, arrived exactly on time, was delivered by a charming guy who carried the very large box into the house and it was easy to assemble. All we need now is the sunshine to enjoy it!!

Very quick delivery but lack of customer communication
I was amazed at the quick delivery but disappointed I wasn't given warning of when it would arrive i.e. an email to say it has been dispatched. As a person who works I am not at home all day every day just in case a delivery arrives and I would need to arrange time off work or for someone to be here. Just by accident it arrived when I was at home.
I am pleased with the product but have discovered it now needs treating for it to remain outside (it's a garden bench), this was not mentioned on the website information and in my naivety I believed a garden bench would be weather proof.

Excellent! Impressive! And true value for money!
The products ( two wooden garden benches) were both inexpensive and of very good quality. The customer service person I talked to was highly informative and very helpful - and the delivery service was fast, professional and totally efficient. I cannot recommend this company - or its products - too highly.

handy shelving that doesnt cost the earth
purchased two sets of shelving for the greenhouse. Simple and easy to construct they are light but durable. Very good value for money.

Good quality at a great price
I have bought these through ideal world, I looked around on the internet and could not find these sunloungers at a cheaper price on like for like quality, easy to put up, very comfortable, easy to fold away & store. Well done an excellent product a very affordable price through Ideal World.

No customer service so far - refund issued in a timely fashion tho to be fair
Waiting for a call or an email as to the whereabouts or intended delivery date for my rattan garden furniture despite calling twice and being promised a call back.
Hopefully Trustpilot will help me get a response.
Update... 6 days later, 3 (unanswered) emails later, still no news or phone call. Hopeless.
Update... 7 days later, I rang again and was offered a refund as goods would take another 2-4 weeks to be delivered.

Great delivery service!!
Ordered on a Monday morning, was dubious about one day delivery. But it arrived the next day! I was getting twitchy by about 7pm as I have been messed around by other companies before.
But it was delivered at 8.30pm. Just a heads up for anyone else worried about delivery! Don't be!

Friendly and helfull Staff
Simply Garden Furniture were very helpful and friendly.
Ordered an Arbour over the phone with no problems whatsoever.
There was a hick up with the delivery but this was in no way anything to do with Simply Garden Furniture.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again in the future.

You could easily fall asleep in these recliner chairs!
I bought my garden chairs and table from Simply Garden mainly for the value they gave for the price. However, the quality was much better than I expected. Also included was a lazy Susan and a Parasol and base! The whole set was very quickly put onto the new patio and the whole family were very impressed with the comfort of the recliner chairs with their removable head cushion.
The furniture was ordered and delivered within days - most unusual for any type of furniture these days. I was very impressed with every aspect from ordering to delivery.

I found this company on "the web" I had a little difficulty purchasing on line but a phone call soon put that to rights (more my fault than the Companies). The items were delivered promptly and I consider them to be of good quality, provided I maintain them as recommended,I see no reason why they shouldn't last indefinately.
