Boots were a good price, superb 24hr delivery, what more could I ask?
My Berghaus Walking boots were the best price I could find on the web - when taking into account delivery. I ordered at lunchtime day 1, they were dispatched the same day and the delivery arrived just after lunch the following day. Excellent service, I couldn't ask for more. (Oh BTW the boots fitted perfectly as well ;-)

Excellent - a pleasure to deal with
Searched various websites and local stores for this jacket. Most were priced at £180 which was more than I wanted to pay but wanted a North Face jacket because they are excellent . Found your website and the cost was amazing so ordered immediately. Service and delivery were second to none. Would recommend website to anyone.

Excellent service.
If you order on a Sunday and want next day delivery you are out of luck even though thats what you have paid for.
The next day delivery must only apply if orders are placed on a working day.
Otherwise great service.

Good range of products & great prices
Ordered a selection of replacement 120cm Meindl thin boot laces. The pricing was very competitive and they had a range of Meindl's laces in various colours to choose from. My order arrived on time and was as described. I would be happy to purchase from Simply Hike again.

Great booties & Great Service from Simply Hike!!
Brilliant service from Simply Hike, I wanted particular boots 'Berghaus Explorer Ridge' they offered the best price and service was excellent. They came within 48 hours of the order placed on a Sunday, I was kept informed by e-mail and text when my boots would be arriving - fantastic service & great price! Crashed out of the site twice before completing the transaction. I still received the item though! Would have been ok If I hadn't bought one elsewhere when unable to complete the Simply Hike order.

Bought a new winter coat from Simply Hike. Fab service: the website told me everything I needed to know, the ordering process was easy and, despite ordering the cheapest delivery the item arrived quickly and well packaged. From order to delivery I was kept up to date via emails. 5 star service, very happy!

very good service, helpful and friendly
I had lots of questions about rucksacks and the people I spoke to were all very helpful. The videos of products are very good, show you just what itis you're buying. the returns process (unfortunately the sack didn't work for me) is good, quick and most satisfactory. Shall definitely shop there again.

Excellent company. Only thing i'm not keen on is simply scuba advertising magazine has some scanty clad women in it!
Sorry: it may not a magazine but along with my recent purchase i did receive at least two leaflets which had pictures of women in pretty revealing clothing; more than i would prefer. Re: the reply posted below, I am just giving you my opinion simplyscuba, not trying to bring down your company!

I ordered a pair of gloves just before Christmas and the Royal Mail lost them in the post. I contacted simplyhike.co.uk and they sent a replacement pair out for free using next day delivery. Great customer service!

SIMPLY HIKE STRIDES OUT AHEAD
Purchased Berghaus Mens Deluge Waterproof Over trousers from this Company. Excellent service, prompt delivery and fantastic value compared to other online suppliers. The trousers themselves although slightly heavier than I would have liked are of the usual high standard from Berghaus. What more is there to say.

EXCELLENT SERVICE.
I bought Great Walking boots (Mendel). SERVICE OUTSTANDING. These boots were a Christmas Present and bought the day before Christmas eve. Delivery was outstanding and as they said -next day delivery and recieved Christmas Eve. Really was impressed as you are able to track goods. I would Certainly buy from this Company again.
