Fantastic
Previous to order I requested several samples, all arrived quickly and free if charge. The great value meant I was able to order a product I wouldn't of been able to afford through other merchants. Ordered on Mon and delivered on Fri. Driver was courteous and went the extra mile to get the slabs where I wanted. All communication with the company has delivered excellent customer service . Haven't opened all pallets yet but visually all seem excellent. Can't wait for landscaper to start !

Good prices quick service
I have used simply paving a few times know and would recommend them. The prices and service is very good :0)
But it is time they dumped there poor transporter, they must be loosing them customers. The one man large lorry with tail lift just doesn't work. Twice to different drivers struggled to pull the barrow on to the tail lift and once it got to the ground it was stuck!! My area is smooth tarmac. But i had to help both times and even then it was a struggle,the pallets also split. At all delivery made to my property i was very
concerend for the safety of the drivers. This is 2013 jewson and keyline use one man operated hi-ab and im sure there are a number of transporters looking for simply pavings works and im sure it would get more customers!! :0)

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the difficult deliveries. At Simply Paving we go to great lengths to ensure our deliveries are made as smoothly as possible.
We do fully appreciate your comments, but unfortunately, as we collect directly from various Bradstone works for delivery nationwide, the expense of providing crane or truck mounted forklift vehicles for all orders would prove prohibitive. That is why our deliveries are made using a nationwide pallet network, which is currently the most cost effective option.
Whilst the vehicles for the particular builders merchants that you mention may only travel a few miles to make deliveries, the product that you ordered from Simply Paving is manufactured and collected from the Bradstone works in Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire. As I'm sure you can appreciate, this is near enough a 300 mile journey to your property in Prestwick, Ayrshire.
Generally, for orders in excess of 6 tonnes (depending on delivery location), we can look at delivery using a crane vehicle or truck mounted forklift vehicle.
The block paving product that you ordered weighs 1,000kg (the total weight of your latest order split over two pallets was 1,600kg), which is within health and safety weight limits for the driver to manoeuvre safely, providing there is a flat and solid surface at the point of delivery, which there appears to have been.
If you had concerns over the driver's safety and the delivery was made overly difficult because the pallets had spilt and had Simply Paving been advised at the time, we would have instructed the driver to return to their depot and have the product re-palletised before sending out again, ensuring delivery could be made without issue. We have passed your feedback through to the hauliers and reiterated the need for pallets to be checked before sending out in order for delivery to be made as smoothly as possible.
We are always looking to improve our delivery method and feedback such as yours is certainly taken on board.

Driveway to stand out from the rest
I have baught Bradstone, Woburn Rumbled Block Paving Autumn for a new driveway as a DIYer & it looks very good with the autumn colours & a used look. Then to finish the look I added the Bradstone, Madoc Walling Weathered Cotswold for the flower beds a very good finishing touch. Simply Paving offered all the help needed to do the job very pleased Thank you.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Having shopped around both on line and locally, Simply Paving offered the best deals.

Fantastic modern paving
My husband laid the patio in 3 days, longer than a builder but did a quality job! All our neighbours have commented on it and everyone says they are very impressed!!!! So I have been giving out the website address to all! The colours on the dune sandstone are beautiful, they change from morning to evening, we didn't seal them as I prefer this appearance! 100% recommend this product and simply paving! The order arrived as stated, friendly driver, no problems! Well done! Will use them again as i'm a garden designer.

i still dont have my paving slabs
I still do not have my paving slabs even though I paid for a Saturday delivery (May 11th). The driver was lost and even though I told you that the driver could leave the paving slabs on my drive way if I was not in he did not. The courier then rang me in mid week and tried to charge me another £20 for this Saturday delivery. I said no and he agreed to make the delivery this Saturday with no added charge. I am sitting here at 9pm and I still have no paving slabs.

Bought 2 pallets of paving slabs from Simply Paving. The slabs were delivered on the arranged day, and the delivery driver phoned in advance to let me know when he would be here. Excellent service, and the product is excellent as well.

Unbeatable Service and Quality at Trade Prices
Having a great mobile website which doesn't crash is always a good start. The photos and product descriptions are clear so choosing my perfect slabs, in the right quantity, was a breeze ( Bradstone Old Riven Autumn Cotswold). Simple check out process via Paypal prevented the hassle of having to fill in personal details - only needed to tick a few boxes regarding delivery access to property to complete purchase. Placed order on a Tuesday evening, received frequent follow up comms via email, which were uninvasive, and delivery date was confirmed on the Friday for the following Tuesday, so plenty of time to organise things my end, and bang on the 7 day stated lead time. Time slot was a bit broad: 7am - 6pm, but there was an option to pay for a narrower slot/specified day, but I, personally, didn't need to. Driver phoned ahead to let me know arrival was imminent - 10am to SE Kent, so no hanging about, which was a bonus. Product arrived in tiptop condition, the driver was friendly and helpful, and the patio is on it's way to looking great! Top quality service, product and price. Pending Disaster was a real Suprise for Wife (Simply Paving - Simply the Best)
Ordering my slabs was easy and payment made on that day, I ordered a patio set and 8 extra slabs. I asked for a 10am delivery the following week, I was advised on the phone this could be done for a cost of £10 I paid and received confirmation of my order including the 8 extra slabs.
Initial problem began when I received an email 2 days prior to delivery, saying my order would be delivered between 8am and 1pm, I called Simply Paving and was advised I had an Am delivery, I did point out I had paid £10 for a 10am delivery and this had been agreed on the phone.
I was advised that I needed a Timed Delivery this would cost an extra £5, I paid and waited for the delivery.
The delivery arrived by 09.30am minus the extra slabs. I accepted the delivery, and called SP, I advised them that the order was incomplete, they said they would look into it, I did have visions that I would be unable to get the patio done (it was a surprise for my Wife when she returned home). To my surprise SP came up trumps they got the extra slabs to me next day, Job Done and the Wife had a real surprise, thanks to all at SP - Les

What a smooth operator
If anyone out there requires a stone feature for the garden then go to Simply paving. From order to delivery no problems and delivered on time. The questions that they asked about the delivery were so useful. The driver placed the pallet of stone directly next to where it was tone payed. Well done. Would certainly recommend them to all my friends and colleagues
