As always, fantastic service, quick and efficient, I received my purchase within a couple of days. Our items (snorkels) were really well priced and exceeded expectations. I will be (as I always do) using simply scuba again.

Great quick service - hassle free
Ordered several items online from Simply Scuba. Had a call from them a short time later advising me that one of the items has a long delivery time and asking if I wanted to change my order or wait for that item. Great service, with the personal touch. will definitely use them again.

quick service, goood product, battered box!
As experienced divers we chose this product as a special birthday present for a friend who has just taken up the sport. It seemed to offer the best value for the most functions, has a clear face, easy to press buttons and is ideal for a novice diver. However, when it arrived the box was rather ripped and battered and the computer was rolling round in the bottom of the box. It had just been popped into a large Jiffy bag and had suffered the rigours of Royal Mail. Of course this wouldn't have mattered had it been for our personal use but I had to set about the box with sellotape, pritt stick and a blue felt pen to try to stop it looking like something I had picked up at a car boot sale!

Excellent, professional service.
I wanted a bifocal scuba mask. Simply Scuba informed me that although they did not have my required lenses in stock they would arrive in 11 days. On their website you can track when the stock will arrive. I placed my order and it arrived via normal 2nd class post (I requested this) 5 days later. I have now made several dives with it and I am extremely happy with the mask. I would have no hesitation in using Simply Scuba again or recommending them to anyone.

I have recently purchased some scuba accessories from simply scuba and I needed to `phone to check that I was buying the correct items , the lady I spoke to was very helpful and in due course the items arrived, unfortunately one item was incorrect but when I `phoned they just asked me to return it and subsequently sent me the correct item, I was very impressed with the courteous and efficient way the whole transaction was carried out and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Five Star Service All Round
Bought a set of Tusa Fins for my wife recently and the service was 5 star then couple of weeks ago bought Suunto Zoop Dive Computer, again service was all 5 star and delivery was bang on time....to the minute!!! never had that anywhere else! so will continue to use with no hesitations.

I rang scuba Pursuits to enquire about a BCD and the one I was after. He went out of his way to make sure that I found the right thing. Well I tell you that if you are thinking of upgrading your own BCD give Cannock a ring or pop in, aas I know that the next time I want anything that's the first place I'm going to.

Excellent value for money and did the job.
It fitted very comfortably. The mouthpiece was also very comfortable and when I used it, it fitted the face well and didnt leak. You should go and buy one as it is good value for money

I was impressed by the clarity of your website which made it easy to see delivery options and returns policy in particular. When choosing products the information was ideal, images clear and reviews and ratings were helpful. I was very impressed with delivery. I chose my workplace rather than home and later emailed to state hours I would be there - I had an immediate response from your help team. It was easy to track my parcel and I was kept very well informed of when and where and by whom it would be delivered. Well worth the slight extra cost for this delivery option. Does what it say's on the tin and a little more :)
Simply Scuba are always on hand to give me a hand or a little bit more information on a product when needed, they dispatch the very same day and everything is received in a well packaged box. I can't comment on their returns policy as everything has been perfect so far and never needed to use it :)

Quick delivery and great customer support!
Originally I wasn't sure about simply scuba coz of the price and the delivery charge, but I was glad that I bought from them as they provided quick delivery and great customer service. The masks came with lenses already fitted in! I wasn't sure how to take the strap off the mask to put the snorkels on (as there was a stop at each end), and the customer service staff promised me a diving technician would give me a call back within the day and I got a call in two hours. I would definitely buy from them again.

Reliable, affordable, knowledgeable
I've bought several items from Simply Scuba over the past 2 years and they've never put a foot wrong. Goods are sent very quickly, exchanges for size issues are no problem, and price wise they're always the best price or near enough as makes no difference. First Class Service As always
Ordered A Mares Ergo Dry Snorkel in White for my partner for theis years holidays.
Simply Scuba are one of the few companies that have it in this colour and as always when ordering from them the delivery was super fast.
I have 2 of these snorkels already in other colours and they are fantastic. Easy breathing with the added safety of the Ergo Dry System to stop get a mouth full of Red Sea.

Simply Scuba is an important Organ to all Scuba Divers.
Slightly disappointent , thinking i am getting Boots with with Dry Suit i bought but , i didn`t so i had to buy Boots Separately mind you the Hood was included .
