Best of the best online SCUBA shop
Always fast, always helpful, you get what you pay for with these guys, and while you may be able to find the occasional better deal, you won't find a better company to buy from online. PERIOD!

Excellent value for money and did the job.
It fitted very comfortably. The mouthpiece was also very comfortable and when I used it, it fitted the face well and didnt leak. You should go and buy one as it is good value for money

Good service
I was unsure on which product to select so spoke to someone at Simply Scuba. Although the advice was useful I didn't really get the help I was after.

Clear website and delivery and returns went to plan.
I was impressed by the clarity of your website which made it easy to see delivery options and returns policy in particular. When choosing products the information was ideal, images clear and reviews and ratings were helpful. I was very impressed with delivery. I chose my workplace rather than home and later emailed to state hours I would be there - I had an immediate response from your help team. It was easy to track my parcel and I was kept very well informed of when and where and by whom it would be delivered. Well worth the slight extra cost for this delivery option. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Does what it say's on the tin and a little more :)
Simply Scuba are always on hand to give me a hand or a little bit more information on a product when needed, they dispatch the very same day and everything is received in a well packaged box. I can't comment on their returns policy as everything has been perfect so far and never needed to use it :)

Quick delivery and great customer support!
Originally I wasn't sure about simply scuba coz of the price and the delivery charge, but I was glad that I bought from them as they provided quick delivery and great customer service. The masks came with lenses already fitted in! I wasn't sure how to take the strap off the mask to put the snorkels on (as there was a stop at each end), and the customer service staff promised me a diving technician would give me a call back within the day and I got a call in two hours. I would definitely buy from them again.

Reliable, affordable, knowledgeable
I've bought several items from Simply Scuba over the past 2 years and they've never put a foot wrong. Goods are sent very quickly, exchanges for size issues are no problem, and price wise they're always the best price or near enough as makes no difference. I have no problem using them again or recommending them to others.

First Class Service As always
Ordered A Mares Ergo Dry Snorkel in White for my partner for theis years holidays.
Simply Scuba are one of the few companies that have it in this colour and as always when ordering from them the delivery was super fast.
I have 2 of these snorkels already in other colours and they are fantastic. Easy breathing with the added safety of the Ergo Dry System to stop get a mouth full of Red Sea.
Thanks again guys. Will be ordering again soon.

Simply Scuba is an important Organ to all Scuba Divers.
Slightly disappointent , thinking i am getting Boots with with Dry Suit i bought but , i didn`t so i had to buy Boots Separately mind you the Hood was included .

Fantastic products matched with great prices and a first class service
Bought some beach shoes and some Mares junior snorkeling kit for our 5 year old son. Last year's holiday was not as successful as it could have been because we bought cheap gear for him in Greece. Just returned from Bali where he used the Mares kit every day which we bought from Simply Scuba. It was just perfect. The mask fitted perfectly and did not leak and the snorkel worked better than mine! The fins fitted well and he loved them. Taught us to go for quality products supplied by Simply Scuba!

Excelent value for money, and the quality is outstanding
I purchased the kids pink scuba set for my daughter so that she can start learning to snorkel, when the set arrived at home I was very impressed with the quality and finish, My daughter likes the set so much that she insists wearing it each night when she baths !

Great products and great delivery service
Ordered 3 sets of snorkle, mask and fins in Jan 2013 for Egypt holiday in Feb 2013. Really pleased with quality for the cost of each. Great to use, no problems (unlike family we went with who'd bought cheaper masks). Delivery service good too.

Ordered snorkelling mask and tube for my son for upcoming holiday after a little research. Based on the information I read about how mask should stick to face without straps, softness of rubber, etc, the equipment purchased seems to be of good quality. True test will come in the summer.

Altogether excellent service
I ordered a Tusa Platina mask with lenses that allowed my myopic daughter to see while snorkelling. The advice given over the phone was great, the mask arrived very quickly, I was given a 1-hour delivery slot (very helpful), the mask fitted perfectly, and the daughter could see very well while snorkelling. Perfect!

My most memorable transaction was a purchase for an item which was not in stock and was not going to be re stocked. It worked for me
I dropped a clanger, and having placed an order, discovered that I needed something else. so I sent an e-mail to Simply scuba, fully expecting that my order would have already gone through by the time it was seen. None of it. Bright and early the next working day, I recieved an e-mail from Simply, letting me know that due to the regulations imposed by Pay Pal, they couldn't vary the amount. So, the original order was cancelled, allowing me to place the second order with both items, thus saving me the postage costs - Brilliant treatment, speedily actioned.

Super Snorkelling in Kefalonia
I bought two sets of cressi snorkelling gear for my children age 8 and 10. I placed my order via the telephone and the sales staff were most helpful. I received the gear very quickly and it is great quality. I have dealt with this company before and they still had all of my details. Would recommend them to anyone!! Many thanks :-)

Item arrived quickly and as described, but the checkout process was difficult.
Item arrived quickly and as described, but I found the checkout process to be difficult. Trying to use separate billing and shipping addresses in different countries led to some confusion, even after requesting support.
EDIT: The confusion was caused due to the fact that the items selected prompted an error stating that they could not be delivered to the billing country. Since the billing address is entered first and you cannot select a different shipping address until the next page of checkout, this error stopped me from being able to check out using the separate billing and shipping countries as desired. I was able to overcome this problem (I honestly don't remember how...perhaps using the Paypal option?), but the information provided by support was unhelpful as the checkout process they referred to did not match the one I experienced on the website.
