Had to exchange beach shoes. The lady was quite abrupt and unhelpful in time frame for exchange goods and I had to chase up the exchange. It took about 10 days which I think is too long with no communications. But the initial purchase was very good and initial delivery was very fast.
One of my most trusted online vendors, Simply Scuba provides consistently good service or better. Despatch is quick and I like the fact they often use DPD - a courier that offers great tracking data and one hour delivery notification. Pricing is competitive and I have used their price matching promise to good effect. Customer service is also pleasing with online chat available in addition to conventional means of enquiry. My only gripe with Simply Scuba is their availability prediction for out of stock items - the "Due in X Days" legend on webpages has an annoying habit of jumping up and down. A less prescriptive "1 - 2 weeks" forecast would be preferable where supply is imprecise.
I ordered from simply scuba because they offered free exchanges and I was unsure of the sizes I needed. When I received my goods promptly I was happy with the service. Unfortunately the items didn't fit, when I rang simply scuba to tell them this I was given a load of attitude because I wanted to exchange them. I sent the goods off that same day after checking online to ensure they had them in the sizes I wanted. I then heard nothing. I received an email yesterday (6days after I sent them back) I thought this email must be advising me that the goods have been sent. This wasn't the case, it was an email asking for a review so I emailed them saying that I would write a review similar to this one as I had no updates from them. I received a quick response that apologized for lack of reply and blamed a back log in the returns department which was down to staffing issues. I then get an email today saying that they can not exchange the items because they don't have the sizes available. Total waste of time. Don't bother dealing with these guys. There are loads of better dive shops with actual stock that know what they are doing.
Last week I rung Simply Scuba and ask for a item next day delivery. The lady took the money from my card and forgot to charge me nextday delivery. She returned the money into the bank and tried again . Ofcourse it takes few days the money to return into my account and when she tryed again because of unsuficient founds I was not able to pay over the phone. Finially using another card i put the same order online and all goes fine with next day delivery and items as described.
Now after one week i need to chase mine own money to return into my account.
I have bought two items from Simply Scuba and both times their system has kept me updated with progress reports, contact numbers and how to solve any problems should they arise. The delivery times wre both fast, I went to tell our receptionist of my expected parcell and she replied that it was in my post tray!
Great site and as always prompt delivery and good products and good service. Only glitch with any simply company has been the iPad ordering - if you have orders open on 2 different simply sites at the same time they somehow manage to combine the shopping baskets meaning you can't check out !!
Left some shopping before our holiday right until the last minute, a quick search online revealed Simply was the cheapest (certainly out of the companies I saw), delivery was quick and reasonable and the whole process was effortless. Can't see me going nowhere else in the future...

after trying to access wetsuit shops I finally decided to risk ordering online. great service, very prompt, quality wetsuit, wore it everyday on holiday in Devon. despite the heatwave the sea was chilly and I could snorkel indefinitely and stay warm!

I ordered child fins, mask and snorkel last minute for our holiday as well as some shoes for wearing in the water. They arrived very quickly and are great quality. My 3 year old loves them which is testament to their comfort! I would definitley use simply scuba again.
Top equipment and great customer service. We ordered the wrong size of fins by mistake and emailed customer service. The email was replied to immediately and the correct size substituted efficiently and without fuss.
I purchased a new pair of Mares fins from Simply Scuba, brilliant service, ordered on Friday and delivered the following Monday. Just got back from Malta for a week and the fins were like flying through the ogin, watched the video before purchasing the fins and they were just what it said in the video.
Simply Scuba were great. I ordered a new dive computer, a D6i, and I couldn't be happier. The video tutorials on their website helped me to decide which computer to go with and how the basic functions work. Once ordered the computer was dispatched almost immediately and arrived very quickly.
