Have been buying gear from Simply Scuba for over a year. Every purchase has represented good value, delivery has been quick, and on the one occasion when the size was wrong, the wetsuit was changed quickly and effortlessly. Great service.
Received my new Cressi Travelight BCD within a couple of days of ordering. One of the weight pouches was missing, but a phone call quickly established its whereabouts and it was sent on equally quickly. Great, friendly service from Simply Scuba as usual which, together with their excellent prices makes them my go-to scuba store!
I ordered a Suunto D6i. Immediate and updated order and shipping info, with final notification of a one hour delivery slot, with an option to change if necessary. Next day delivery. That, and a competitive price with an extra discount, made this an excellent overall service.
Before i made my order i emailed them to check the boots and fins were the right size,
they replied so i orderd the fins and boots.
The boots didnt fit into the fins. I had to pay recorded delivery to return them which was about £13 even though i had asked there advice on sizing. I belive the regular scuba pro jet fins sizeing is for wetsuite boots not dry suite boots. I am now out of pocket and even though i asked for them to check the next size up and send them they said they would just refund me. I have now bought a diffrent pair localy. I bought the boots and fins together i think they need to check the boot and fins sizes before sending them out.
Apart from that every thing else was ok.
For a change they did everything they said they would do, including telephoning me for confirmation of exchange product, this makes a nice change for a company.

As a open water diver off to Sharm last week i purchased some fins and a full set...Mask, Snorkel, Fins for my partner and everything was perfect..made snorkelling in the Red Sea perfect....will be back when i start to add some of my own dive gear as after 5 dives in the red sea i am hooked big time

The advice I received was excellent both on the site and speaking to a representative. I am particularly impressed with the delivery service. I received a text for the delivery date and a window of one hour on the actual day plus the name of the driver. It all worked very well. Why can't other companies offer this kind of service? I also love the snorkel just what I wanted!!

Ordered a compass, spot on, as wanted at a good competative price.
Then ask for a quote on a few special items, rather than actually telling me a price on them, was told to go find them on the site, was not impressed with that service really! I emailed them for the quotes on the items due to not finding on the site. A email simply saying we do not stock them would of been fine.
I bought a replacement battery and seal for a dive computer. I wasn't sure what the pack illustrated on the web site contained so I called customer services. The person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and actually went to the warehouse to get a pack so she could describe exactly what was in it. I ordered online and the item arrived the next day. The service could not have been bettered.

I orders my fiancée a Cressie Leonardo dive computer. Simply Scuba had a better price than anyone. What impressed my the most was the shipping service they used. They sent me a text the day before and the day of shipping to let me know exactly what time they would arrive!

I have been a SimplyScuba customer for a few years now and I am very happy with the product info, the speed of order handling, delivery and general customer service. I believe the products are selected very carefully and are of great quality. My only comment would be that the prices are at the top end compared to other websites and the sale items are not discounted enough. I would recommend SimplyScuba to a friend though.

I bought some diving T shirts but was unsure of which size I needed (- sometimes I'm M, sometimes L). I was encouraged by their stated returns policy to buy both, and return the ones that didn't fit.
The T shirts arrived within a day or so, and with a clear returns policy (and a pre-printed label). The money for the returned shirts was credited to my card account within days.
As for the T shirts - they are excellent quality, and have washed well.
Highly recommended.

I ordered it on the last day of last year and had it delivered in northern scotland on the 3rd jan now thats what i call great service and with the video explaining the product and the speed with which they reply to any query emsils i truly cannot fault simply scuba.
Easy to use site with accessible descriptions of the item ranges your looking at, backed up by a video so you can fully explore the details of each item.
Great choice available, reliable delivery service and great customer care.
Simply Scuba have given me excellent service and always delivered as promised using a very reliable courier but I have found that it is worth shopping around online as it is possible to beat their prices if you put in enough effort. Still highly reccommended though!
Ordered a few products online - came quickly and product that was too small was credited the following day of return.
I'm happy with the service, and the customer services are fast and helpful however; this was not my first purchase with this site, I had a membership, despite those facts just because I used a non UK credit card (delivery address in UK) their system decided to make the dispatch wait 72 hours to check that its not fraud. Considering the fact that I chose next day delivery and paid extra, that was not a good news. When I called the customer services they explained to me how to skip the waiting part and I did however it already caused a delay and instead of next day I received the product in 4 days (waited on the way during weekend). So they either need to state in the delivery method page that they are making those security checks that takes time, or during payment phase so the customers won't be surprised by the extra waiting time.
Edit: They responded this review by apologising for the inconvenience and informing that they took the review under consideration and they will add information about the necessary security checks and possible dispatch delays because of it. Good. That means they care about the customers an proves one more time that their aim is to keep the customers happy :)) If I haven't already given 5 stars, now I would again :)
