When I order from Simply Supplements I wait and I wait but the order never arrives. You wait in day after day disrupting your routine and the bloody order never arrives.
When all goes well you will received half the order from Simply Supplements after about ten days and have to chase Simply Supplements up for the rest of the order. You phone Simply Supplements and speak to an abrupt person who more or less accuses you of already receiving the whole order and suggests you are fraudulently making a claim for it again.
My last order to Simply Supplements, and I mean ‘my last order to Simply Supplements’, I waited and I waited but did not get my order delivered. I had to get on to Simply Supplements who said they had sent the order two days after I had ordered it. A month had gone by and my order had not been delivered
When I order from Zipvit’s the order is with me within five days maximum. Sometimes takes only two days.

I am extremely sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the service you received when shopping with Simply Supplements.
From investigating this matter further, I can see that a colleague from our customer service department has been trying to contact you by phone. A letter was also posted to you on 30th January, which contained a 'Goods Not Received Form' for you to sign and return in the freepost envelope provided.
We are happy to refund you the full amount. In order to do so we need to receive the signed 'Goods Not Received' form. As soon as this form is returned to us we can action your refund.
