I was very pleased to find that the product I wanted was on your site. It wasn't in stock when I looked initially so I signed up for a notification, which I found very helpful. The product arrived within two days of my ordering it (late in the afternoon) and I am very happy with it.

Amazing delivery service!
I ordered some trainers one lunchtime, by the follwing morning I had an email & text to give me a delivery time (a 1 hour slot) for that very day - all just with standard delivery. Brilliant!

Not yet received item
Ordered over a week ago and said delivery would be 1-3 days, still waiting for item. Also had to wait for item to be in stock which has taken a few weeks.

We will contact the customer to request they to check with their local Post Office that they are not holding any goods for them that couldn't be delivered at the time and to then report back to us.

Brilliant service and perfect capris!

Good speedy service
The service I received was good from start to finish. The telephone sales was excellent.
Sizing of the items misleading though. Extra Large I thought was an 18 / 20. No it is a 16 /18 so buyers beware.
The capris are fine but the tops are far too tight.

Fast delivery but subsequently found the same product cheaper with free delivery
No complaints about the order process, but I did find a lower price (with free delivery) shortly after placing the order. One of those things I expect. The pilates mat is great but has a very strong petrochemical aroma! Needs a good blast of Febreeze...

AB FAB!
The quality of the clothes I ordered, and received promptly, was extremely high and they fit perfectly. I've just started Zumba and wanted something absorbent, so the black top is just fab. I also play tennis and the dress is just right for my forthcoming holiday in the hot sun.
Overall, as you can see, I'd give the entire experience at least 5 stars and would definitely recommend Simply Sweat - in fact I have done already - to my sporty friends. Thanks a lot.

Exactly what I wanted, my size, delivered quickly.

Good price, good service.
The price of the product I bought was the cheapest I found, and the item arrived the very next day (just using the normal Royal Mail delivery option). Excellent service. I didn't have to get involved with returns so I don't know how that works.

Great product, great service, great price
I've been struggling to get Running Bare gym gear, which I love. Found this website stocked some. It was even in the sale and much less than I paid before! To top it off the parcel was delivered very quickly, within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend Simply Sweat based on my first purchase from them

Really prompt delivery and service!
I ordered some gym trousers at aprox 4pm, and they arrived 2 days later - which I was delighted with!
I liked the packaging - which allowed for delivery through my letterbox too!
Email notification etc was also prompt - very impressed with whole ordering/delivery experience.
