First time I ordered and the whole procedure was very simple and straightforward. The part that I have ordered came today, 2 days ahead of estimated delivery. Together with catalogues and leaflets which will be useful. The part that I have ordered is a side stand for my Vespa LX150. I have not installed it yet but I have noticed that no installation guides came with it neither any bolts that may be required (as a result I will need to buy on my own if needed). I am overall very satisfied thought.
I'll gladly use SIP scooter shop again, even though there was a minor part that I ordered missing.
I would also not recommend using UPS as courier service as they are incredibly incompetent and have hidden costs.
After waiting for more than 3 weeks and having called 3 times finally yesterday I was told that my item was never shipped because the shipping costs were 4 times higher than what the website had quoted me.
Nobody ever got in touch with me during this 3 weeks period
I'll never recommend this company
I got a call from customer service today. they made an effort to fix the whole issue.
Perhaps it was a mishap on their part. hopefully it will be better next time
We're in New Zealand and I'm amazed at how quickly and efficiently my carrier arrived - great fun tracking it through France, England then to here. Super service - very professional. A must use on line shop wherever you live
Zoals altijd een perfecte levering. Juist bij het aanklikken van de bestellingen hebben sommige bestellingen geen winkelkarretje en moet dit via de lijst gebeuren. Dit is een beetje lastig.

Me han enviado otro articulo que no correspondía con el que yo pedí, quitaron la foto del articulo de la pagina web y cambiaron la descripción del mismo. La web está traducida a 10 idiomas, pero si tienes que devolver un paquete, la pagina solo esta en alemán. Por defecto el formulario de devolución viene marcada la opción de no devolver el dinero, solo puedes gastarlo en la web, no hay manera de desmarcar esa opción y marcar la opción de devolver el dinero. He tenido que hacer la reclamación del dinero a través de paypal. Muy mal, no aconsejable

This part was full off bubbles but because of this damage they send it to me.
Trying that the buyer does'nt complain?
Not correct and now I'have to put a lot of energie in sending it back and whait for my money.
