I made my purchase Wednesday, its Friday today and my order is already here.
I looked over the clothing I ordered and tried everything on, very decent quality clothing too
I dont have a bad word to say - Will definitely recommend them in the future, and will use them again when I need to.
I purchased in Nov. 2010 gloves, hat, and 2 pairs of ski pants. In their favour, the items arrived promptly (1 week later despite the bad weather). Only, the parcel contained 1 pair of ski pants and not 2 as ordered. I immediately contacted them using the stated telephone number on their website but no reply. I decided to e-mail dispatch to inform them of the error but again afer 5 days no reply. I used the enquiries e.mail to no avail, called again and still no answer. I have been charged for the missing item so let's not call ourselves skiwear4less as I have paid as much as non discounted items. If you want a bargain stir away from this company!!!!
Twice I have ordered from Skiwear4Less online, and twice they have contacted me to tell me that the item I ordered (which was apparently in stock on the online catalogue) is not available - would I like an alternative?
No, I wouldn't like an alternative. I would like an accurate website which tells me what you have and don't have. I've never experienced this once from an online retailer, let along twice. Clearly something is amiss and it needs to get fixed.
