Twice I have ordered from Skiwear4Less online, and twice they have contacted me to tell me that the item I ordered (which was apparently in stock on the online catalogue) is not available - would I like an alternative?
No, I wouldn't like an alternative. I would like an accurate website which tells me what you have and don't have. I've never experienced this once from an online retailer, let along twice. Clearly something is amiss and it needs to get fixed.

We do apologise that the items you originally ordered were out of stock at the time of dispatch. Unfortunately with items selling in shops; ebay and the mail order website we did have instances in which we ran out of stock in 2010. We are now working on a more effective stock control system which should prevent future issues. We obviously offered alternatives in good faith as part of our customer service ideal and l do apologise that you felt this to be unacceptable.
