no customer service

I purchased in Nov. 2010 gloves, hat, and 2 pairs of ski pants. In their favour, the items arrived promptly (1 week later despite the bad weather). Only, the parcel contained 1 pair of ski pants and not 2 as ordered. I immediately contacted them using the stated telephone number on their website but no reply. I decided to e-mail dispatch to inform them of the error but again afer 5 days no reply. I used the enquiries e.mail to no avail, called again and still no answer. I have been charged for the missing item so let's not call ourselves skiwear4less as I have paid as much as non discounted items. If you want a bargain stir away from this company!!!!

    I am sorry to see that you did not receive the level of service excellence that we aim to provide. I can only assume that the missing item may have been dispatched from one of our stores and lost in the postal service. I am concerned that you were unable to contact us using the enquiries or despatch email addresses and would assure you that we have been reviewing our service levels to ensure that a non-contact situation cannot arise again. Your posting does not allow me to determine whether the matter was ultimately resolved - if not l would ask you to contact myself on 01228 792 006 so that l can resolve the matter.
