some days before I booked a flight from Addis Abeba to Jimma in Ethiopia. Till now I haven't got an booking confirmation, but no ticket. So I don't know whether I could fly or not.
I was surprised. because I got 10 min. later an answer, but this hasn't cleared the problem. I phoned with the service number and the problem could cleared at once. So I give 5 stars, especially because of the quick problem solving

Hello Peter, don't get irritated, you have everything okay. After your booking we send you an automated reservation confirmation to your email. 4 hours later we confirmed the issuance to you together with a link to your e-ticket. Maybe all those mails are in your spam folder ?
Now do like this: Go to our web site and enter your booking code and your last name. You will than see your itinerary and as well your e-ticket number If you click on the printer symbol you can print a copy of your e-ticket.
