Was told not to book with this company by security officer at Airport
I was very skeptical about booking with skytours. There reviews online were very mixed. Having said that, I purchased my tickets online and went to the airport at said date and received tickets. Everything went well including appropriate waiting times etc., however when I boarded one of my connections the security officer pulled me from the lined as he was scanning my ticket to board the plane.
After asking me a few questions he said that there were problems with my ticket. He said that I could still board the plane but that I probably should not book with sky-tours again.

Sarah, Skytours was established 1973 in Germany and we are now one of the eldest Travel Agents and Tour Operators in Europe with offices in 3 Continents. We are IATA appointed and as such we issue the ticket in the name of the airline. There was nothing wrong with your ticket. What you had was a straight forward British Airways e-ticket from Stuttgart to your destination. I have no idea what your problem was but surely there was absolutely no problem with your ticket. Looking at your booking history however I could see that you tried to book the flight already on the 10th of February and we asked your for further proof as the address given was a German address when in fact you Credit Card was Canadian. You never responded to our message but did a new booking on the 16h of February for the same dates, this time with a Canadian address. All bookings go through a security screening by the Credit Card systems and our bank. As all your booking attempts are as well registered in a Global Reservation and at airlines available to Airport security as well.
I am sorry, you had a problem, but passenger security is taken serious by all of us in the Travel business. But surely your 2 bookings made has something to do with it.
