Well, I don't know where to start. i got a great deal with my ticket, got a ticket for myself and my daughter to take my daughter to visit her grandparents. I am somewhat frustrated because i was charged twice! my account is now overdrawn, no way to contact Skytour by phone. I am beyond angry now. I disparately need help, I need my account to be credited. My conformation is OQWPKC. I need to know what is going on. I need help! Hello Mr Abiola, Thank you for this message. I am sorry but we do not have a worldwide phone service, however in the USA we have a limited Phone information service. But for all important customer support questions you should use our friendly and speedy support service: http://support.sky-tours.com This is a 24/7 worldwide support. As i can see, unfortunately, you did not contact our support. I looked at your reservation and could see no double charge from our end. May I ask you to have a second look at your online Credit Card statement ? Maybe this first "hold" has disappeared already?. When you make a booking, our system receives an authorization number and the amount we later charge is reserved. When we than issue the ticket we use this authorization number for charging your Credit Card. Now only the charge should appear and the authorization released. If both amounts are still showing up on your statement, please be so kind and contact our customer support and give us the fax number of your bank, We will send them a message to manually release this amount. Its a computer error caused by bad connection between the Credit Card system and your bank at the time of charge, I have been told.
