I HAVE EVEN NOTIFIED MY BANK IN CANADA WHICH SAYS IF I DON'T GET MY TICKET BY TOMORROW MORNING I SHOULD NOTIFY THEM. i NEED URGENT RESPONSE FROM YOUR TICKETING DEPARTMENT AS I AM PANICKING AND WONDERING WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEPS ITS CUSTOMERS WAITING WITHOUT NO ETICKET BARELY 24 HOURS TO THE FLIGHT.

Dear Sir, the Server you booked with is located in Canada, you fly from the USA and you pay with a Credit Card where the address given does not fit with the Credit Card/Bank address. This purchase has therefore flagged by the payment system and we needed further information from you which your provided yesterday at 9pm. We have forwarded this to the risk department and are awaiting authorization.
This authorization we just received a few minutes ago. May I urge you next time you book don't give us the address where your temporarily live, we need the address where your Credit Card statement goes to.
