Don't buy here

I bought tickets through this website and they have cancelled my reservation with no reason...and they haven't even sent me an email explaining things. Bad customer services...no phone for us to call and, the worst, no answer to my emails. Is this a fraud? I don't know. But my honest advice is: don't tickets here.

    The reader of this review has to judge if your statement is correct or not. I will not comment your review except putting the history right.

    This booking of your is over one month old, it from the 19February 2013. You tried to make 2 bookings giving two different addresses one you gave was Curitiba and the other one Sao Paulo, Brazil. The banks automated fraud system flagged both bookings and we send you a message to give us further proof that you are the rightful owner of this Credit Card. You did not give us any proof request. You opened a support ticket and here below is the copy of your message and our answer which reached you the next morning. Needless to say, as you did not react, the amount was subsequently released.

    It's to protect honest Credit Card owner that sometimes we have to request further proof as in this case.

    Hello. I bought 2 tickets yesterday using my credit card.
    The bank sent me a message just to confirm the shop, it was ok.
    but today i have a mail from Sky Tours saying:
    "Your booking has been flagged by the automated Credit Card payment protection system.

    This system informs and alerts us that there could be a risk of possible misuse as this transaction maybe has not been executed by the card holder."

    And in the itinerary page i can read : fraud/untrusted ws mail

    Please, what is going on?
    Because my bank has authorized me to pay for the ticketes and the money already left my account.
    I need help.

    Thank you for your message. We reserved the amount for this purchase on the Credit Card you submitted.
    However he automated control system if the Bank flagged this Credit Card as possible misused.
    The Internet is facing extensive misuse of Credit Cards for the moment and for both your and our security, our bank requests more documentation before we are allowed to issue your ticket(s).
    If you are the rightful owner of this Credit Card please be so kind and provide us per fax, per email or via this support system copies of the following documents:

    - Passport or picture ID
    - Back and front of the Credit Card.
