Great customer service even if you are not their customer!
My credit card was hacked and purchased a booking worth 2,473USD with SkyTours. Reported the matter to my local bank and said that it'll take them minimum 90 days to get this resolve. Not giving up easily, I searched for SkyTours online and found their website. Clicked their "LIVE CHAT" and I was with very helpful Elisabeth. After giving the details of the transaction, her reply made my day.
Elisabeth >OK I could find the fraudulent booking that used your credit card. Our fraud department will immediately cancel this booking request. For the moment the ticket was not issued, so this amount was only on hold Elisabeth >we will as well release and cancel this transaction. You should have the amount available in the next few days. Please if you need further information for the police, let us know
I am just waiting for the amount to be reversed to my account.
