we are sorry that you gave a 1 star only when our customer service has helped you from the first minute to solve this issue. As far as we can see you accepted a booking in our website that was issued exactly as you agreed, no changes can be done by our system in the meantime. You have been replied with different alternatives even for a free cancellation and you agreed for new flights and new price and, afterwards, when the ticket was issued, you replied requesting an immediate cancellation of it. As advised on your support ticket, your ticket has been fully refunded now. Again, we think we deserve a better review from you after all.

wir arbeiten dran. Leider sind von den 150 wichtigsten Gesellschaften noch die wenigsten soweit uns grafisch Sitzplaetze reservieren zu lassen. Die meisten lassen nur zu entweder Gang oder Fenster elektronisch anzufragen und dann wenn die Fluggesellschaft will, wird dann diese nach einigen Tagen in der Buchung eingetragen. Einige Gesellschaften machen das sogar erst nur am Vortag de Fluges. Es gibt da noch sehr viel zu tun, wir wollen es, Sie wollen es, nur die Fluggesellschaften haben es da nicht so eilig wie mir scheint.

I think to be fair, this review of yours needs some explanation and clarification.

After a misspelled first reservation, you canceled the first one and made a new booking but as there was some discrepancy in the information given by you (I can't disclose more for privacy reason) and we needed further proof to be sure you are the rightful owner of this Credit Card. When we received your information and the requested proof the next day, the price had changed. We asked you, and you accepted the new price and we issued and charged your Card.
Sky-Tours.com NEVER charges any Credit Card in advance, only when the ticket is issued. We do however obtain an authorization to be sure the charge will go trough when issuing the ticket.

I am sorry that you feel we where not serving you the way you where expecting but its for the security of our clients we sometimes have to ask for further proof when information given to us differ from the actual situation. Its extremely important that names and addresses given is exactly the same as you have given to your bank.

Also here you sign as April Marquez (the passenger) when in fact you are her sponsor.

Hello Erol.
My answer to your question is NO. If you don't commence your flight in Vienna the airline will cancel your entire booking. Their price from London may be more expensive than out of Vienna as from Vienna its a 1-stop flight and from London a non stop flight. That's why they offer a cheaper fare out of Vienna.

Yes Janette tried to call you back many times and tried to contact you via Skype as well.
Here is what she wrote to me:
As per checking my call history, +61280113820, I can't find his number. Almost everyday, we are receiving lots of calls and some of them are also overlapping that's why I am also sending them messages for them to know that I have acknowledge their call. I also think that maybe his call took place outside office hours.
I apologize on this. I will call him now and attend to his needs.
