Disgusting customer service!

Took us about 3 months for phone and TV to be installed and activated, After numerous days off waiting for engineers to come and then sky to cancel it and not tell us, I think we have complained to sky so much we now have a very good deal with them as we threaten to cancel with them everytime they do something wrong, The advisers speak little english and seem to have no idea what you are on about, were only sticking with them as we have a good deal
