Alright, except for follow-up farce!
I ordered a Universal Laptop Charger from Slamtech, and the product itself is good. But it never came with the cloverleaf power cable as they'd advertised - which I mentioned in my feedback review on Play.com. They then contacted me about my review, which I initially thought was a nice touch. They said they'd ship the cable out and it was an oversight on their part. First they said I'd need to pay shipping, but then they said they'd waive this cost and all I needed to do was amend my feedback on Play.com and give them a positive review here. I agreed to this, but have waited what is now a whole month before doing anything - and the cable has never materialized! So, it would seem that they tried to get me to give them a false positive feedback report on the promise of actually receiving my full original order! As I said, the product itself is good, and I would still have purchased it if they'd advertised that it didn't come with the power cable. But the follow-up farce has put me off of this company, especially as there's competition out there on the 'net with similar prices.

Slamtech First Class, Royal Mail Bottom of the Class!
The phone battery I ordered took more than two weeks to arrive even though posted First Class which obviously was not Slamtech's fault but was delighted with the communication until it arrived even offering me a refund or replacement. I'm glad I waited for it to arrive, everybody's happy now but if some good came of this wait it's kniowing that Slamtech have a good, honest and caring customer service. Thank you.

Quickly found what I wanted -- "Franklin Thesaurus" at Slamtech via Google search. Right product, right price, just a pity delivery let down by Royal Mail... 10 days! No fault of Slamtech who posted item promptly.

Amazing Customer Service.
I made a mistake when ordering a new charger for my laptop and ordered the wrong one. I informed slamtech customer service and they were very polite in our exchange which they cleared up immediately. My new charger arrived quickly. Overall, even though it was 100% my mistake, this company had no qualms about sorting it out for me.

Simply First Class !
This has got to be the best company for customer service I have ever dealt with. I found the site during a random Google search for a laptop charger.
Within seconds of accessing the website I had the opportunity to "Live Chat" which is just what I needed as I required additional information about the product. Michelle was very helpful with my query and I was able to place an order straightaway. Delivery was prompt and FREE!
I had previously looked at another site and through their "Contact Us" sent 2 emails and waited a week for a reply - I am still waiting.
SLAMTECH certainly get full marks for the service I received. Well done!

Phone Battery
First battery never worked, but resolved and within days new one supplied. Slamtech even supplied freepost address for returns. Anyone can sell, but dealing with problems properly makes companies stand out.

Terrible quality
Worked for little over 2 months, when it then 'blew up' to a degree with the wire snapping out of the box with a big bang and spark!
These are really terrible quality chargers, and the same can be said for their customer service who will take days to get back to you, only to not be sorry and expect for you to pay to send them their dangerous products before they will bow to the years guarantee. I shall not be doing this as quite frankly i don't want another one of their products in my house! who knows what the consequences would be next time!

Poor quality dangerous electrical products beware.
If you want a product that blows up and may potentially burn your house down then go for this company. Dodgy Chinese goods, low cost but you get what you pay for. Then when you complain and ask for your money back even though you supply photos of the burnt pillowcase and rusted fuse and socket they don't give you your money back so KEEP AWAY from this company.

Value for Money products
Slamtech is providing genuine products at cheap prices. I was happy with the product and their fast delivery service.
The charger for my Acer laptop was with me in a blink. Much appreciated.

Inaccurate description despite repeated assurances
I ordered a quality, branded laptop charger, after communicating with the company first. Before I made the purchase I gave them every opportunity to confess that what I would actually be buying would be a different, cheaper charger, but they insisted they had the genuine make and model, as displayed on the website. Of course, as feared, it was a different charger that arrived, similar to the lower quality one I already had, that I was wanting to replace. Only then did they admit they did not have the exact charger currently displayed on the web site. Make of that what you will! They did offer a refund, but given that their return service is untracked, that the accuracy of the previous assurances were suspect, and that I have already wasted too much time with them, I am not sure I dare take them up on the offer to return the charger - probably I will just keep it as a spare, and buy elsewhere next time! By an amazing coincidence, the 5 star review provided here and on other review sites is written by someone with exactly the same name as the contact for Slamtech on ebay! Trustpilot don't seem to mind about this.

Inaccurate Description and Withholding Refund
The item was described as manufactured by Apple and complete with wall adapter.
It arrived in a grubby state with a cheap black mains cable and no wall adapter.
Despite acknowledging that it wasn't as described they insisted their company policy was to charge a re-stocking fee.
Avoid.
