We ordered a bunk bed (white platinum bunk with storage) by phone as we needed it quickly. They were so helpful, ordered Monday evening and delivered exactly as promised at 6.30am Thursday morning. Delivery guys were lovely and prompt. Bed took my husband 4h to put together (few bits in the wrong way!!) on his own, but it's a great bed. Lots of storage, super sturdy, lovely design. My daughter absolutely loves it. Great experience buying from you, will definitely get our next bed from you (my son's bed next!) . Many thanks.
The bunk bed is very attractive, very sturdy , good quality & the instructions to build it, were easy to follow . Chris&Garry arrived shortly after 11am, they were both pleasant and carried everything into the house ( boxes were very heavy!) . I would defiantly recommend the company/bed to friends & family !
I'd never used the company before and was 'scouting' round looking for 'Climasmart' bed & 2 double mattresses. I decided to phone first to make sure I could obtain what I wanted, my call was taken by Becky, who was helpful & confirmed my order, the ease of ordering & confirming immediately gave me confindence in the company. Within 24hrs I had a delivery date and time 'Brilliant'. On the day of delivery Chris & Barry (the delivery guys) phoned to confirm my delivery was en-route, upon arrival they put all my items in my rooms of choice, and with a smile.
WELL DONE! This company will be my 1st port of call in the future.
We ordered a London high sleeper bed from sleepland beds for my 5yr old son 8/10/12
It arrived when we expected it and had no problems.
Can't say we were impressed with the quality of the bed considering it cost £449 but it met our needs for a high sleeper bed.
Then on the 10/12/12 one of the steps broke when my son was climbing up to bed - not good but these things happen.
On the 11/12/12 my wife phoned them and was told a replacement one would be sent out and could we send a picture. I did e-mail the picture over and we waited.
They then asked for some more details which we sent on the 16/12/12 and we waited some more.
Nothing happened so we e-mailed again on the 2/1/13 and again on the 3/1/13.
Still nothing so we tried again on the 27/1/13. Eventually a replacement step arrived - for the wrong bed....
Again we e-mailed on the 9/2/13 and again on the 13/2/13. We were then told a replacement would be with us within a week - great we thought, better late than never!
Nothing arrived despite e-mails on 16/2/13 & 5/3/13 and we've had no step or any reply to our contacts.
So for the best part of 3 months my son has not been able to sleep safely on the bed as it has a broken step so he's on the floor.
No happy having spent £449 on this bed and nor happy that they are unable or unwilling to send a replacement.
We are now seeking legal advice on getting the matter resolved as sleepland beds seem uninterested.
I would be weary of buying from them, we certainly won't and I wouldn't recommend them at all either
Ordered Platinum Storage Bunk beds in Oak. I would definately recomend this company to friends and family. Ordered on 6th Feb. Bunkbeds delivered on time on 18th. Delivery drivers were polite and helpful and placed boxes into the correct room. Instructions were easy to understand and fairly easy to assemble (did take us almost 4 hours to assemble instead of the 2 but I think that was more because of girls trying to help lol). My girls gave the beds a 20/10. Ordered superior mattresses at the same time and got 1 for free + free pillows.
The service we received was outstanding from placing the order to delivery of the bed.
We were informed of delivery the following day after placing the order. We placed the order on Sunday & the following Saturday it was delivered. We were phoned the day before delivery to tell us the time it was being delivered & also by emails. Then on the day of delivery we were phoned 25 minutes before hand. The delivery men took the single bed up into the bedroom it was required in.
We were kept informed all the way.
All we can say is the service was outstanding & we would recommend this company to family,friends & everyone.
I brought the Cameo deluxe bunk bed with staircase, it's brill, my daughters love it! It's very comfy and has plenty of storage.
The communication and delivery was excellent, I was told between 1-2pm, the drivers were at mine by 1:15pm, well within the time slot.
I have already recommended Sleepland Beds to friends and family.
Would definately use them again.

I've been trying to buy 2 beds for my girls and had nothing but trouble from other companies (saying in-stock, taking payment, then suddenly out of stock). Luckily I stumbled on Sleepland and decided to give them a go.
I was given a delivery date of about a week for both beds which was much better than anywhere else I'd tried. Unfortunately the day before delivery they gave me a call to say they'd received both beds from the manufacturer but had to reject one as the packaging was damaged. Disappointing for us (and one daughter!) but I'd much rather them reject it at there end that it turn up at my door damaged.
They delivered one bed exactly when they said, and even gave us a call half an hour before the one hour slot to give us an update. Seriously... why can't ALL companies do this!
The second bed was going to take another couple of weeks to arrive but they kept us up to date via email. When it did get here we got the same great delivery service. They even carried all the boxes up to the bedroom.
Both beds are assembled now, look great and I have two happy daughters. I would definitely use Sleepland again.
Ordered the Cameo Deluxe Bunkbed at 6.30pm and it was delivered the following day at 1pm. The bed was excellent quality, very sturdy and safe and looked great. The mattresses were of excellent quality too. I called to say the drawer runners were missing (I later found them attached to the bed!!!) and they arranged to send some out the next day. Excellent customer service, fantastic product, very fast delivery. Highly recommended.
We are delighted with the Cameo Bunk Bed that we ordered recently from Sleepland, our older child has mobility issues and can't use a standard bunkbed ladder safely. We have been searching for a suitable bunk bed for a year now, and as soon as we saw the Cameo we knew it was 'the one'. The solidity of the wood and overall build quality has been hugely reassuring, and the children love their new bed. The extra storage space is a huge bonus, and the quality of the mattresses we ordered on special offer with the bed is amazing, representing fantastic value for money.
Throughout, they have been a pleasure to deal with, one friend has already ordered a Cameo on our recommendation and we will continue to recommend them to friends and family. All enquiries were dealt with promptly, every time we spoke to them they were very friendly and helpful, and the delivery team were on time, happy and efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home, delivering the bed to the childrens' room despite a narrow staircase and heavy boxes.
There was a very minor fault with the bed rail supplied (not their fault, just one of those random things), we spoke to Sleepland and confirmed the part number and a replacement one turned up the very next day via overnight courier. They genuinely are one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with via the internet!

Ordered a guest bed from sleepland beds for £400 the week we moved into our house. It arrived and took us 3 weeks to open it and assemble it then we saw 3 parts were damaged/badly made.
We contacted them and they arranged to send out the new parts on a Thursday. I waited in all day Thursday but no one arrived. I called them on Friday and they said "I don't know why it didn't go out. We'll send it Monday."
The parts arrived on Monday but they'd sent 2 correct pieces and one wrong piece. I called them and they said the correct piece would be delivered on Friday.
On Thursday I had a call from the couriers saying we'll be there in 30 minutes to which I told them they weren't supposed to come until tomorrow. He agreed to come on Friday as previously arranged.
On Thursday evening I had a call form the courier manager saying they'd just had a call from a man saying he'd collect the part. I said you must be mistaken as we need it delivered tomorrow. So again it was confirmed for delivery on the Friday. I asked for the manager of the bed company to call me as I wasn't happy.
4pm on the Friday and still no sign of the courier. The bed company couldn't get hold of him. Luckily I still had the couriers mobile number from the previous day. I called him up and he said he'd been told I was going to collect it! I told him no we need it tonight as we have guests. He dropped it round at 6.30pm as we were on our way out so didn't have time to check it.
When we got home and checked it it was in a worse state than the first part. I called them on the Saturday to tell them and to reaffirm my desire to speak to the manager. I was told he would call me asap.
Tuesday and still no word from them so I call and am given the excuse that the manager couldn't read the note that was left for him. He said he's have to speak to the owner to arrange another part to be sent out and some compensation.
Friday and still no word from them so I call yet again. The manager tells me I can either have the bed collected for a full refund. Or have a new part ordered in from Malaysia and get no refund or keep the damaged piece and have a refund of £75. He then said he would deduct £20 from this if we wanted them to collect the 4 damaged pieces that we now have cluttering our spare room. I told him this wasn't acceptable so he agreed reluctantly to collect them for free after telling me to just leave them out the front of my house.
I then told him that I'd keep the damaged part and make do and would like the £75 refund but I wasn't all all happy about this and would be following this up by leaving reviews on various websites. I stated I would not give my opinion of them but just state the facts (as I've outlined here). He then said "well I'm not going to give you the £75 anymore if you're just going to bad mouth us (said in other words)." I reiterated that I was only going to state the facts. he then said will you write about the refund we offered you. I said yes I will and I'll also state how you rescinded the offer once I said I would be writing some honest reviews of their company.
So, I've come out of it £75 better off in the end with a damaged bed that we're going to have to polyfill and paint to our own expense. Would I recommend Sleeplandbeds? I think you know the answer to that!
Now they've phoned me after reading this review and said in quite a threatening tone that they are coming round to collect the bed and give us a full refund. I told them this wasn't going to happen as we'd already come to an arrangement of £75 refund to keep the damaged bed. As a mum of a young child if they try to come around I will call the police.
One week later and they didn't turn up on the agreed day to collect the damaged parts so I had a day off work for nothing yet again. I still haven't received a cheque for the £75.
Bought a bed & mattress from Sleepland Beds through their website in December 2010. Whilst the delivery was swift, when we unpacked the bed there was quite a bit of damage to the foot of the bed (see attached - some of this would have occurred at manufacture so surprised that this passed even the most basic quality control).
Sleepland Beds asked us to send photos of the the bed which we did in early January 2011. We called on a regular basis and received responses of "my manager is out at the moment, we'll call you back" or "it's on order, we'll get back to you next week". We never received any calls back from Sleepland Beds.
In July 2011, via email, we agreed to a partial refund. Since then we have been sending regular emails however, as of today (7 December 2011), we still haven't received this and we are now not receiving responses to emails.
There are positive reviews on other sites which encouraged us to buy from this company. I now find these somewhat hard to believe.
My experience of this company is awful and I would not use them again. Whilst you may be lucky, if there is a problem with your order you're likely to have months of frustration dealing with this company. Probably best to avoid.
If I ever receive the partial refund I'll post an update.

Ordered an ottoman bed from this company. Bed delivery was delayed but they called up to arrange a alternate time - overall customer service was excellent and the quality of the goods was excellent and good value for money.
From start to finish my order went smoothly and when we have screaming kids running round this is exactly what you need, My daughter was excited about her new storage staircase bunk bed coming and it arrived within 3 days!! The drivers gave me a call when they were on their way after being given an time slot by the office, even with traffic they were still within the time, The polite driver even took it up to my little ones room which was a massive help as my husband wasn't home. Simple to put together and my daughter loves it, handy with all the storage cupboards in the staircase. Im looking at the Affinity mattress for my own bed next!
