Rang the company at 9.15 am with 2 queries on Wednesday 16th April, telephone answered promptly by Balber I explained that I wanted to purchase a mobility scooter that had been advertised earlier in the month, at a price that had now increased, and also that I could not print off the VAT form. Balber then offered it to me at the original price and explained what to do about the VAT form. I then ordered the scooter and was asked when I would like it delivered. I said that next week would be fine and was given Next Wednesday as a delivery day. However Balber rang me this morning ( Thursday) at 9.30 am and said it could be delivered today, if that was ok, So the delivery arrived this afternoon at approx. 3 pm. The correspondence has been excellent all through, delivery very quick, the package was securely boxed and brought in by the driver ,Balber even followed up with what I had to do prior to my wife using the machine. Excellent service from start to finish.All our questions were answered and advice freely given.Ordered scooter on Tuesday received it Friday.We had a few minor problems that Balber sorted within the hour.Thank you so much will deffinately recommend as we were treated as if we were valued customers and that does not happen very often these days.

Had awful problems with our lift and recline chair ,as we bought second hand,were a bit reluctant to go back ,even though the chair wasn't very old,but Balba the chap at the shop the previous owners bought it from was most helpful.Even though we would cure one thing we then found out it was something else.in the end we didn't know what to do!But we did keep going and between my husband and Balba .the chair (I am a bit reluctant to say it) is now working and my Mum is very Happy!many thanks.
The service was excellent, the scooter was delivered on the date promised and ran right off the van. I had the comprehensive delivery service so the representative spent quite a long time with me teaching me to drive the vehicle and showing me the various controls and features. The service costs a bit more but it was well worth it, particularly as this is my first scooter. I wouldn't hesitate the recommend this to a friend. Great service delivered with a very friendly fashion. I feel that I've made the best choice possible.
I contacted Balba by telephone to ask about his range of scooters and he offered very helpful and knowledgeable advice. Following his advice I bought a TGA Eclipse at an excellent price and the delivery was quick and smooth. I would recommend very highly.

Past experience of sales people lead me to no have much faith in them, but Balba went above and beyond what you would expect from a salesman. His product knowledge was exceptional and even down to the way to charge your battery for the best optimum use out of it. He rang 15 mins after delivery and helped me with tips on lifting and loading into the car. I would recommend this company for your purchase.
My new rascal mobility scooter delivered on time as agreed and i could not have asked for better service and prices, I have nobody to help me and Balba ensured that i was completley happy he helped me into the new scooter, I am very happy to say the least 5 stars
I initially placed my order for a mobility scooter online. I quickly recieved a call from Balba, the proprieter, to say that although he could source me the model I had ordered he would be a little reluctant to sell it to me as that particular model was no longer being imported. He also suggested a number of other scooters that would suit my needs. I explained to him that at 39 years old and with a young family I found using a mobility scooter embarrassing but a necessary evil to enable me to continue being involved with family cycling excursions and other days out and that I was looking for something that looked as far removed from a traditional mobility scooter as was possible. Balba agreed that my original choice fitted the bill and that he would investigate sourcing one for me. I had a call the next day to tell me that the only one left available was a 2 year old factory demonstrator and that although it would still be fully guarateed and was in mint condition he still wouldn't be happy supplying it although it would be my choice. After some further discussion Balba offered me a fantastic deal on a TGA Vita which I really couldn't refuse. Balba drove the 270 miles from Luton to Bodmin to deliver the scooter personally and spent time with me making sure that I was happy with my purchase and that I knew how to operate it correctly and safely. I am now the proud owner of a bright orange TGA Vita and I am no longer embarrassed to be seen on my scooter. I cannot recommend Balba and his company highly enough. The support and professionalism I received were first class. If you need any form of mobility equipment Smart Mobility really should be your first port of call.
My chosen scooter was demonstrated at my house followed by prompt delivery, fully assembled, charged and tested, all at £100 less than cheapest on-line price! This was followed after 10 days by a phone call to make sure that everything was ok and I was satisfied. That's what I call service!!
