I ordered a Britax Evolva car seat on their website and although it did say online it wasn't in stock (it'd have to be ordered) I went ahead and ordered it anyway. After placing my order I decided to search for reviews about Sobaby as I hadn't heard anything about them. To my horror I saw the same sort of comments time and time again (no communication, phones not answered etc) My experience was this:, they didn't EVER answer the phone when I rang but DID always email me after I'd left a message. They also kept me up to date with the order status after I prodded them a few times. The car seat turned up as ordered and in the time frame they indicated to me. They even emailed me the tracking number so I could check with the courier where my parcel was. I would deal with them again (now I know what to expect) as their prices are very competitive.
