I ordered an orange petite star zia pushchair in August 2009. After 10 days I contacted them to check on the dispatch of my order and was informed that the orange was not in stock. I then cancelled the order and was told that my money would be refunded asap.
Well it is MAY 2010 and I am STILL WAITING!!!! After numerous phone calls and e-mails I took the matter up with my credit card company. I was told by them to write So Baby a letter requesting my refund as with most companies they experience that normally does the trick but once again So Baby in true style has chosen to IGNORE my written request!!
I am not sure what to do next but I am most definately a very unhappy online shopper!! AVOID THEM PLEASE
