I only received half of my order after waiting 7 weeks and no packing slip/invoice was included to say what happened to the rest of my order. They dont answer the phone and have a telephone message saying they are not open for a month! So why not shut down the website?
For an internet company, they are lucky to get any business with such terrible customer service. I got an email reply eventually telling me it will be 2-4 weeks more- oh really ? Its appalling that they take the money straight away and don't inform customers when purchases are going to take a long time for delivery.
I would suggest for the sake of a few quid more to order elsewhere as so baby do not deserve the trade. I am very suspicious of the positive reviews on this site- they cant be serious!
I ordered an item on the 17th of March and before it was dispatched I emailed to change my mind about the colour. I got no response but was then told the order had been dispatched. It's now the 14th of April and I've still not received the product, nor has anyone come back to me to tell me what's happening with it. My payment has been taken and I can't get hold of anyone at the company. The phone number has a voice message but you can't leave a message or speak to anyone. I'm really disappointed and understandably quite annoyed.
So Baby still not responded to any of my mails or my numerous messages I have left, I still have no indication when remaining part of my order will be -delivered (Quinny Buzz 3)for new baby shortly to arrive. I am desperate for some sort of communication from SoBaby.

The company took my money very efficiently from a very professional and above board looking website, however to date, I have not received my order which I am desperate for. There was no indication on the website that the items where out of stock. They have not responded to emails and the phone number is answered with an automated - this number cannot take calls or messages . . When you have a small baby you rarely are able to wait for items you are usually need them right away. Please do not use this company, they don't deserve your business.

I ordered a Britax Evolva car seat on their website and although it did say online it wasn't in stock (it'd have to be ordered) I went ahead and ordered it anyway.
After placing my order I decided to search for reviews about Sobaby as I hadn't heard anything about them. To my horror I saw the same sort of comments time and time again (no communication, phones not answered etc)
My experience was this:, they didn't EVER answer the phone when I rang but DID always email me after I'd left a message. They also kept me up to date with the order status after I prodded them a few times. The car seat turned up as ordered and in the time frame they indicated to me. They even emailed me the tracking number so I could check with the courier where my parcel was.
I would deal with them again (now I know what to expect) as their prices are very competitive.
I have ordered a changing bag 2 weeks, still no sign of delivery. No reponse to e-mails, no-one answers the phone. Pathetic service especially when time is of the essence!!
My daughter bought an expensive twin pushchair from Sobaby and then read the reviews which frightened her to death.So I drove over to SoBaby's shop near Andover and was pleasantly reassured.Everything is totally above board and the owner is patently a lovely girl.Needless to say the pushchair arrived a working week after the order was placed and was exactly what she wanted and was in perfect condition and £30 cheaper than anywhere else... I would say that the business looked to me to be booming and that the owner was looking to employ extra staff which should help with any communication problems people have been having.. But don't worry otherwise about your orders everything looked fine to me.. Rob Wilkinson - Gloucester
Ordered a product that the web site advised was in stock and delivery would be approx 4 days. 10 days and still no product, money has left the account. Have tried to call countless times but unable to get through and no reply to e-mails.
Very poor customer service indeed. If I had of read the reviews I would have definately shopped elsewhere.
I ordered a Quinny footmuff 7 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. Initially it was becuase they were busy due to Xmas orders, then it was the snow, now apparently the do not have them. However, when I have tried to get a refund they have not replied to emails, nor can I leave a message as they are "too busy"- probably dealing with mountains of complaints. I would question if they are still in business so make sure you pay by credit card to cover yourself. However, to be safe simply don't use them!
I bought a Phil & Teds package from this company - then read the reviews and panicked! But there was no need - i emailed So Baby and received an instant response, they helped me change the colour of the car seat to the one i wanted and the goods arrived within 72 hours. They were extremely helpful, the price was great - and I love my new pushchair! Would def recomment and use again.
