Excellent customer service
I would definitely recommend this website. I had to return my order as I had ordered a size too small. Spoke to Soccerbox, returned item and the bigger size was sent and received in time for my grandson's birthday. Well pleased. Thank you Soccerbox.

Absolutely Fantastic from start to finish
Easy to negotiate website, even easier to order and the prices are very competative.
I also made an error when I was ordering which was rectified within minutes of an email.
I have never experienced such great customer service and swift delivery.
I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Easy ordering, and prompt delivery. We always use Soccerbox for our son's annual christmas soccer kit. There are other sites out there - but none as good as Soccerbox. Very reliable indeed !

Google supermarket brought me to the attention of soccerbox as it had the product at a cheapest price even after delivery.

Came across Soccerbox via Google. Excellent service. Product was very good quality and the company kept us informed via email as to progress and delivery - which was promised between 13.19 and 14.19: it actually arrived via breathless courier at 14.01. Would definately recommend this company to anyone looking for quality goods - and service.

I was put in contact with Soccerbox via Amazon. I sent a query through to one of the Directors/Owners and the response was immediate and superbly helpful. I then placed the order and everything couldn't have been better or more helpful. If all internet shopping was this easy and reliable. A truly first rate shopping experience and despite no personal interaction (ie face to face in a shop) it was the next best thing. Brilliant. Thank you. Glen

Flawless process and service throughout.
The shopping experience is second to none. Lovely, user- friendly website that I just happened to stumble upon when looking for my Godson's presents. Lots of products available with pictures so you know what you're getting and the whole payment process is fast and uncomplicated to use. Communication and information is excellent.
The delivery service needs special mention as it's the best I've had in a long time. They shipped my package in less than 24hrs and even informed me via email of almost the exact time it would arrive. Just flawless.
Will definitely use them again sometime.
