I was a little baffled as how to get the correct measurement so i telephoned the company.An extremely helpful gentleman talked me through how to measure while i was on the phone and the fit and look could not be more perfect!! For what I paid for the wooden dark chocolate blind I did not have high expectations of the quality. It was very surprising to receive such top quality thick wood and the measurements were to perfection. Will use again and have recommended to many friends- Thank you!

Superb product and customer service
What a fantastic company. Not only did the blinds exceed expectation aesthetically, they were also excellent value and arrived promptly. There was a superb range to choose from and some unique styles such as woodweave. After-sales support was equally strong. Phones are promptly answered by knowledgeable staff and a small issue with one blind was immediately resolved, requiring no effort whatsoever on my part. Would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely rubbish
Order still not received or any updates after 17 days although money taken from account without any delay. Daughter still unable to sleep as still waiting for this blind to go up.

lovely blinds bad delivery service.
Lovely blinds except for the pelmet which was cut bit wonkey. Delivery service was not good had to pick them up From depot in the end. Great for the price

The original material chosen wasn't available for the size blinds ordered so we wedge telephoned and a different (cheaper) material was ordered. The blinds arrived quickly, were perfectly sized and easily fitted; I'm very happy with them.

What a 'Blinding Company' Second to None
