Relaxation at its best
I bought a beautiful bed and mattress from Sofas and stuff on the clearance site. It was such a bargain and sooooo comfortable. They are lovely people and really help their customers. I would recommend any of the stores. I have visited a few of their outlts and they are all unique locations and a joy to shop there.

My brother has used Sofas and Stuff previously so we were already assured but the quality of the product. We didn't visit the showroom, but felt we had sufficient information to know exactly what we wanted to order having looked at the website, compared it with similar styles from other retailers and already knowing the fabric sample we wanted to use. The final reason we chose Sofas and Stuff was because they could source our fabric and we didn't have to go through a laborious process of having to re choose from a limited range.
The ordering was simple and efficient and I was able to ask advice about the wear of the fabric which was both informed and professional.
After a 6 weeks the chair arrived, the delivery being simple and efficient to arrange. The chair is everything we could imagine it was going to be and we are thrilled with the end result. It is extremely comfortable and I am sure will grow old gracefully with us.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sofas and Stuff, they have been superb.

Professional service and an excellent product.
The reception we received from the staff in a couple of the stores over several visits was excellent: professional, thoughtful, gracious, and hospitable. The choice of sofa, both the design and the fabric, for us was hard, hence the three visits, but the advice was most useful, and thus far we have been delighted. The sofa has been a wonderful addition to our drawing-room. In fact we may well be adding a second one!

Excellent product and inspiring personal service.
I have bought 3 sofas and 2 armchairs from S&S. The product is of a high standard and they have a great range of sofas and armchairs with very flexible upholstery options. Nicky in the Eridge shop knows her fabrics really well and is concerned with helping you find the right fabric/look. So far they have been able to do everything I have asked for so it is very bespoke. Lastly I think you are getting good value for money here.

Great Company, Great Sofas, Brilliant Staff!
We've now purchased twice from Sofas & Stuff and have been really delighted with the whole process.
The warehouse in Hungerford is easy to find, parking is extensive and it's lovely to be able to take time choosing the sofas surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Belinda was absolutely charming, gave good advice and showed us many different choices of fabrics on each of our visits.

Great service and made in the UK
We had such a good experience in the show room. The girls were so helpful. On the few times that I had to ring them it was know trouble at all to help me. Our sofas arrived on time and are so very comfortable. Also it is British made and well made and did not have to wait months for them. Important to buy made in UK.

The lady in the showroom in Leverton was extremely helpful, offering practical guidance as to the type of sofa and fabric suitable for the sofa's use and abuse by a family of five. The information keeping us up to date of delivery was helpful and the delivery people very friendly. We all fight over who's going to sit/lie on it!

Great bed
Great bed, upholstery looks good, lovely material and nice little details. Its comfortable and really makes a statement in our bedroom. Product great, can still make an improvement on notification of delivery.

2 sofas to Box
Very pleases with the 2 sofas. Disappointed with the late delivery. It took much longer than the 6 weeks we were promised which wouldn't have mattered normally but as we had a wedding with lots of family members staying, the late arrival of the sofas was inconvenient to say the least. Thank you though to Libby for adding a few extras free of charge in compensation.

Excellent service and high quality furniture delivered within 5 weeks of order
We were very pleased with the helpful service from the Hungerford staff . The furniture was required in a relatively short space of time and needed to be made from leather not on the in-house standard list. We were sent swatches immediately and were able to make decisions and order in time for a specific deadline. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Sofas & Stuff are absolutely the best for quality and value of sofas, and first class for service & delivery.
The styles of sofa are very upmarket and the linen fabrics available are of the finest quality. I was most surprised therefore to find that the price was considerably lower than other companies offering similar styles. Suzanne was absolutely first class in her quality of service and managed to organise my customised sofa to an extremely tight deadline. Delivery was professional, friendly and caring. I couldn't be more happy with the result, nor can I recommend Sofas & Stuff too highly. Thank you so much!

Fabulous product and service
Really can't rate Sofas and Stuff enough - they were helpful, polite, friendly and efficient from start to finish and the sofas we bought from them (corner unit, armchair and stool) are gorgeous! Very comfortable and feel extremely well made.
Would recommend the company with no hesitation whatsoever - they are excellent!

Lovely sofa, great service
Although I thought the sofa was quite expensive when I was choosing between various possibilities, I went with Sofas & Stuff because I wanted to buy British and loved the idea that the fabrics were good quality, great colours and actually woven here.
The lead time is quite long (almost 8 weeks) but I was kept informed by email as promised, and appreciated the phone call from the delivery company to give me a two hour deliver slot. Delivery men were great - punctual, friendly and very careful.
As it had been a while since I'd ordered and the choice at the showroom (I went to Tunbridge Wells, and got very patient (!) helpful advice) was huge, much more than you can see online, I couldn't quite remember the exact fabric colour chosen! But when it arrived, it was worth the wait - the fabric is lovely, the sofa fits perfectly - all good! And it's so comfortable.
Only minus was the forgotten staingard pack. But it only took one email to customer services to get it by return of post. So, yes, a very happy customer!

Excellent service, excellent product, fab!
Went all over the country for 6 months looking for a replacement for our 25 year old sofa and finally visited 'Sofas & Stuff'.
Great sofa, Dan at Parsons Green gave great service and advice, price was good and delivery ahead of time and trouble free.

Excellent quality and excellent service
After visiting the Yorkshire showroom I purchased two sofas and a chair. I was really pleased with the help I received from Claire when choosing complimenting fabrics.
It was a really smooth transaction and my beautiful furniture was delivered on time by really nice delivery guys. I was so pleased with the quality of the sofas that I felt confident to order a bed online. Great communication from Nikki at Harrogate and again super delivery guys who assembled the bed and took away all the packaging.
I recommend Sofas & Stuff to all my friends and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received.

A great shopping experience...
We loved shopping at Sofas and Stuff (Tunbridge Wells). The staff (especially Nikki) were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We didn't feel at all rushed and were left to shop at leisure, offered coffee and made to feel very welcome. It was refreshing not to experience the usual wheeler-dealer techniques used by many furniture stores. I can't imagine we will shop anywhere else for furniture going forward and I have already highly recommended Sofas and Stuff to friends and family.
The choice of materials was vast and it was great to have such a good stock of sofas available in store to try out for comfort.
our main concern was access and this is an area where we struggled. The staff in store made efforts to calculate whether our chosen sofas would fit but did seem rather uncertain in their calculations. We eventually paid for Nathanial (who was great) to visit our home and within 5 minutes he had given us the assurances we needed, including confirmation that our first choice of sofa would fit - in store we had been told that it would not.
One area for concern was accuracy when placing the order. At this stage I found myself correcting/clarifying what had been ordered, as there were a number of mistakes, including the wrong sofas being ordered at one stage.
I was told that the sofas would take 7 weeks but they arrived in 4. I accept that Sofas and Stuff erred on the side of caution but early delivery can also be tricky. We were not quite ready for them, which could have caused problems, particularly as the delivery company said they would only keep the sofas for us for up to 2 weeks. The delivery company was unfortunately less than helpful. They made no efforts to fit around our delivery requirements - irritating when one is paying for delivery. However, the guys who delivered the sofas were excellent, calling in advance to give an accurate ETA and keeping us posted.
The sofas are beautiful and everything we hoped for and they fit perfectly, so a very happy ending :)
All in all a very positive experience but not quite 5* for the reasons mentioned.

We are delighted with our new sofa, as are our children who have mistaken it for a trampoline...
The whole process of selecting, ordering and receiving our sofa was a delight. The ladies at the Hungerford store were very helpful and efficient. The sofa and fabric ranges were of good quality and large variety. Our sofa was delivered earlier than expected - a real bonus! - and looks wonderful. Many thanks!

Lovely sofa
I went to the showroom in Hungerford. There was a good selection of sofas on show. The staff were very friendly. I went to Sofas and Stuff because I wanted to go somewhere with lots of fabric choices. They helped me to find a fabric to match my curtains. I spent more than I'd intended. The sofa arrived on the day they said it would. It looks very nice and I'm glad I paid the extra for the more luxurious fabric.

Great service and a lovely sofa
I have received my sofa from Sofas and Stuff and am very happy with it.
It was delivered when promised, in fact they held it for me for an additional two weeks for me, and I was very happy when I unpacked it.
My only issue would be how hard it was to unbolt the fixings to take it apart in order to get it into the space it was intended for.

Excellent service and I was always kept informed of the progress of my sofa during the period of ordering and receiving it.
The quality of the sofa is outstanding and is everything I had hoped for. The delivery was bang on the expected time and the men were very professional.

Great service, rubbish delivery!
Enjoyed buying the sofas, great people in the showroom. Kept up to date whilst waiting for the sofas online. Disappointed by the delivery guys. Unfriendly, in a rush, made me feel uncomfortable and instead of turning around in my cul de sac, decided to mount the pavement. At no time did these guys ask me if I was happy with sofas

Very attentive until you have a problem...
The staff in the showroom were very helpful indeed and provided plenty of advice and support to help us make a decision about what to buy and the best fabrics. The sofas duly arrived but within a few weeks, the sofabed started to lose it's support and creaked when sat on (despite not having used the bed at all). We raised this with the showroom who sent out an independent FIRA assessor. Unfortunately the assessor could find no specific fault and said it was due to the design and quality of materials, rather than a fault. Needless to say, the customer service from Sofas and Stuff changed considerably from the pre sales experience! We were batted between head office and the showroom and all the while we were unsure whether we should be using our sofa or not. After losing our tempers on the phone, we were finally offered a replacement sofa (without the sofa bed), but told we would have to wait longer due to other orders they had received, plus we would have to lose the money we had paid extra to have the sofa bed. There was no proper follow up from customer services, just a contact from the delivery company to arrange delivery of the new sofa. Very disappointing. You know the real value of a company when things go wrong, and Sofas and Stuff did not step up to the mark. They are quick to show the 5 star ratings on their website but don't be fooled they are no John Lewis!

Good range of quality Sofas and good service
We'd been struggling to find a suitable Sofa-bed with a cover in the right colour and material. Having come across Sofas and Stuff on the internet we thought we'd found what we wanted and visited one of their 'barns'. The staff were helpful and they had a good range on display, and the ordering process was pretty painless. Delivery was good too, the delivery date was within the range originally proposed and they even gave a 2 hour window rather than the normal 'sometime in the morning/afternoon'. Overall we are very happy with the sofa bed which is of very good quality.
Would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with our sofas in the end
We were unhappy with our bed settee which was not made well. After contacting sofa and stuff they replaced it without any fuss. Our sofas are so comfy we find it hard to leave them and get on with anything.
