Hi Marc, Thanks for the feedback and we're sorry we let you down. As you know we booked you in for delivery before Christmas but unforunately that was a bit too early for you so you told us to wait until the New Year. If only you had been ready, we would have delivered in two weeks, and we'd still be the best of friends! As you know, the fabric supplier then went into administration in January and, despite our best efforts, we simply haven't been able to source it from anyone else yet. The alternative fabrics we offered you weren't quite to your liking (we understand - we loved the old Chepstow fabric too!)and so we have refunded your money in full. We're sorry things didn't work out on this occasion but hopefully you'll bear us in mind next time!
