PURCHASED 4SOFAS, ONE FAULTY, TOOK DAY OFF WORK, DRIVER NOT TURN UP ,NO CONTACT, HAD TO ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK, I WANTED TO COMPLAIN, WAS GIVEN COMPLETE RUN AROUND, AFTER MANY,MANY EMAIL, STILL NO CONTACT FROM THEM TO AT LEAST APOLOGISE ,AWFULL SERVICE FOR A ONCE LOYAL CUSTOMER, IF YOU ARE THINKING OF COMPLAINING ,DONT WASTE YOUR TIME,THEY WILL JUST IGNORE YOU.
Hi Janet, Many thanks for the feedback. Please accept our apologies for not being able to collect your sofa for repair on 4th September as planned. We had planned to pick your sofa up after we had delivered to a customer living not far from you, but sadly they couldn't take delivery after all. As a result there was simply no room on the van to fit your furniture. Obviously this shouldn't have happened and we're sorry we let you down.
I understand the sofa has now been collected, repaired and is now back with you so we hope you're happy that the issue has been resolved. We did send a reply your email on 25th September, and again on 7th and 14th October but it seems this is not getting to you for some reason.
