The Best Printing Service I have come across
I can't speak highly enough of Solopress's service from the clear information on the website to the personal and tailored service meeting my specific needs. This is then topped off by the most competitive pricing and quality of printing, finish and delivery experience. This is a gold service which is very rare in normal business. I have an account with a well known printing service and ended up trying Solopress because I found the other company's ordering process and submissions a little bit over complicated and they do the annoying thing of bombarding me with email offers everyday. I think I may be switching to Solopress very soon for all my printing services.

In regards to the service I must say it has been absolutely outstanding right from the moment you decide to go with solo press they involve you in the process all the way through they are brilliant. The flyers they designed for my company AL Nabvi Enterprise are outstanding everyone loves them including me. The service and quality is second to none. I would recommend them over and over again. This group of people are very talented and customer focused. Thank for designing and printing my leaflets.

Better that what it said on the tin!
Used Solopress for printing 250 flyers for our junior rugby club, they seemed very good value for money so was a bit worried about what the quality would be like. The quailty was in fact much better than I was expecting even to the point of being slightly embarrassed that it looked like we were being extravagant with our promotional material. Turnaround time was excellent and delivered to Manchester by lunchtime on the delivery day within the 1 hour delivery slot which had been provided. Faultless service, very easy processing and excellent value.

Poor Customer Service
Poor Quality product, and poor customer service, with no understanding of the issue here. Laminated menu are of the cheapest quality and the slightest bit of dampness or water makes them fall apart! restaurant owners beware! do not do your menus from here!
Worst of all after explaining my issue they decided to compensate me £50 after i had spent nearly £600 on menus which i have had to throw away!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Bacon saving service!

No one else came close to the speed and quality from Solopress
We had used a few other well known TV advertised printers to get business cards but the quality was poor, the size came out wrong and the reproduction of colours was awful then we found out this company actually sourced the printing out to various other companies so you could never be assured of consistent results. We had seen Solopress before and be impressed with their product examples so decided it was time to give them a try and even though they are slightly more expensive the results are worth 10x the extra cost. The cards were perfect, exactly as we had wanted, all consistent in shape, layout and colour. They arrived quickly and were supplied in a very strong protective box so not one had been damaged in the post. We wouldn't consider using anyone else now and the way they do business is professional and refreshing.

Quick printing , poor delivery and after sales care
POSTING ON BEHALF OF NITE INTERNATIONAL LTD
Nite have used Solopress on a couple of occasions and whilst they offer a fast print and delivery service they do not accept responsibility for proofing artwork on their systems, nor the contents of the order following dispatch.
There were several issues with our order, most notably the inadequate packaging and damaged contents upon delivery . The artwork supplied did not load properly on their system leading to various errors on the print - this issue would have been easily prevented had the job been correctly proofed.
Solopress were unable to present a reasonable solution therefore we are now left with an inadequate print at our notable expense. It goes without saying that Solopress have lost all future business from Nite.

As discussed previously at the telephone, the fonts were not embedded correctly on the print ready files you provided, which caused some changes when printing. Proofs are provided upon request, if you would like us to provide you with proofs in the future please request this when placing your order.
In relation to the packaging, I have investigated this further and can see there to be no reason to which we are at fault in regards to the damage of goods due to packing. However, as you have advised some of the leaflets were damaged in transit and we value your custom and do not wish our customers to be unhappy with their overall product, I have offered to reprint the entire order at half price.

Excellent friendly and helpful service
I had some trouble getting my artwork the right size and the solo press team were extremely helpful and efficient in their correspondence. Once that was sorted the leaflets Arrived quickly and look and feel exactly how I wanted them too!

Great Customer Service,Great Prices,Great Quality!
Used Vistaprint for years but decided to give SoloPress a chance as there prices seemed good and there based in the UK.
Had a problem at first BUT Solopress reacted straight away to rectify a minor problem and also did more than they had to.
If i have had a problem in the past with vistaprint orders it takes a long time for a response from customer service.
Apart from the customer service been excellent the printing quality is great and prices couldnt be any better i couldnt find anywhere cheaper on the internet!

Good prints but chasing money was over the top.
I had explained i was waiting for the company card to make payment, as the person was away.
I did not appreciate the emails and text messages constantly.
for this reason, i would not consider using them again.

The reason we send correspondence requesting for payment is to ensure our customers do not miss their delivery deadline. I can appreciate in certain circumstances this can feel excessive, the payment requests can be switched off upon request.

Fast, accurate, professional and great results
Still in the process of setting up my company here in Cambridge and there's probably a million things I need to, but having to deal with getting my business cards sorted out wasn't one of them. Solopress did a fantastic and fast job on the cards and I've been receiving compliments ever since.
Feedback from designers is very quick and they can make those last minute changes that always come up. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be using them again!

Good quality but poor design and aftercare
I recently used solopress to design and print some business cards, compliments slips and letterhead for my new business. I'm very happy with the compliments slips and business cards, they're good quality and arrived quickly.
I've had a problem with the letterhead, in that I've been advised that the letterhead that they designed for me is illegal as it does not contain my full company name. I contacted solopress to try and rectify this but they have denied liability as I signed off on the design. As I am a new business owner and not an authority on company letterhead (which I hoped that the designer at solopress would be) I had no idea that this would be a legal requirement and assumed that solopress were providing me with legally compliant letterhead.
I'm disappointed with the way solopress's customer service team have handled this as when you are buying design services from a company with their reputation, you would expect that their designer had got it right on something as commonplace as company letterhead.

Fast & good communication but too fast for perfection!
The service was fast and followed up at every stage so I was impressed.
The finished product arrived when I was told it would but it has been a case of less speed and more care making the difference between an adequate job and what could have been an excellent one.
Poorly packed whilst not completely dry has damaged a few of the programmes and and no layering left them part curled whilst the folding was incorrect.
It was fast though!

Great service, good quality, keen price, delivery spot on, they gave me a time of 12.32 - 1.32 and delivered at 12.50 by "Alan" saved me half a day. The Pull-up banner needs a wee improvement but nothing you can't do yourself. I will be using them again, can't say more than that. Thanks

Fast, reliable
Business cards spot uv, choose Solopress. I used Solopress and for 1,000 it was value for money. When they sent the proof to me it wasn't right the first time but after corrections which only took within 30mins I approved the proof then business card printing started.

Service and product first class and look great, I will be using you again.
However you were let down by the delivery - After logging on and tracking the package and making sure someone was in to sign for it it failed to arrive at the date and time advised. It arrived the next day but meant I had to take more time off work and my plan for the distribution of the flyers had to be rearranged.
